The Space:
This two bedroom unit has a king bed in the master and queen bed in guest room. The living room also has a double bed sleeper sofa. There is plenty of room to spread out at this river house, watch the game on the 70" tv in the big tv room, play darts in the game room, make dinner in the spacious kitchen or have a BBQ, enjoy some privacy on the screened in porch or hang out on the back yard tiki bar or enjoy a coffee on the river dock. You will love the fun, modern rustic feel of this comfortable home.

External security cameras ensure guest safety, with no cameras inside for privacy. Smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and noise monitoring devices enhance security.

The home comes with improved and high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, hairdryers. iron and iron board and smart TV with streaming apps.
• FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS •
1. Can I check-in early?
• We'll have to confirm a time the night before or the morning of your arrival, pending the cleaning schedule and the status of the house. It is best to scheduled for 4PM check-in in case we're unable to. Of course, we'll do our best to make it happen, though!
2. Do you have a luggage storage?
• We don't have a secure luggage storage to store your luggage. Bagbnb offers convenient luggage storage locations throughout, including spots near popular attractions and transportation hubs. You can easily find the nearest available storage spot by visiting their website or using their app.
3. Do you offer daily clean?
• We don't offer daily housekeeper however, if you need it, we can certainly make arrangements for an additional cost
4. Do you replace towels and sheets?
• We don't usually replace towels and sheets. We'd be glad to schedule a light clean with towels and sheets replacement for an extra fee.
5. Do you replenish supplies?
• Our homes are self-catering. We are happy to provide you with the initial supplies to get you started. Once that runs out, you'll need to purchase more on your own.
• ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THE HOME
- BBQ Grill: We do NOT provide propane tanks for the BBQ grill. After usage please note that guests are requested to clean the BBQ grill thoroughly after each use. Failure to do so will result in a BBQ cleaning fee of $100 being applied.
- Landscaper: A landscaper will be on property to maintain property grounds. They will not be accessing the home.
- Pre Check-in Form: Guests will be required to fill out a pre check-in form which will require additional documents to validate age and card used for the reservation prior to arrival. Guests booked through Airbnb are not required to fill out the pre-check-in form.
- Rental Agreement: Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival. Guests booked through Airbnb are not required to sign the Rental Agreement.
- Visits and Property Access: We will always notify in advance should there be a need to access the homes and no one will ever enter without your approval. An exception is if there is a fire or life-threatening situations in the home.
Guest Access:
In addition to the indoor space guests have access to use, outdoor fire pit, bicycles, kayaks, paddle boat, sitting area on large dock, tiki bar, fishing rods and tackle, gas grill and free on site parking.
*Please note that these areas and amenities are shared with the other three units in our house that may be occupied by other guests and are communal.
You have your own private entrance and living space, two parking spots in driveway and a screened in porch . If you are interested in renting our other units in the house, please send us a message and we can check availability for you.
