Bedroom 1 boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, while bedrooms 2 and 3 feature queen-sized beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone. The shared space includes a sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Smart TVs are available in every room, providing entertainment at your fingertips.

BATHROOM

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete access to the entire property, including all its amenities and facilities. This includes bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, backyard, patio, detached studio and a hot tub. You are welcome to make use of everything available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Please feel free to let us know if there's anything specific you'd like to know about the property or if you have any special requests during your stay. We want to ensure that you have a wonderful time while you're here.

Mesa is a vibrant community with a diverse population and a range of cultural and recreational opportunities. It's also well-connected to the greater Phoenix metropolitan area, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

Mesa is the third-largest city in Arizona and is known for its warm climate and proximity to outdoor recreational areas like Usery Mountain Regional Park and the Superstition Mountains.

Getting Around:
Mesa offers public transportation options through Valley Metro, including bus routes that serve various parts of the city. While the coverage may not be as extensive as in larger cities, you can still use buses to access destinations beyond walking distance from E Kiva Ave.

Services like Uber and Lyft operate in Mesa, providing additional options for getting around if you prefer not to drive or use public transportation.

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you!

For an easy check-in, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

Pets: No pets allowed without prior written approval from the property manager.
Occupancy Limits: Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed in your reservation.
Good Neighbor Policy: Respect the property and neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Available upon request, subject to additional fees.

No Smoking: This is a smoke-free property (including porches, decks, and outdoor areas).
Photography/Filming: Commercial photography/filming is prohibited without prior written consent. No tents or other structures may be erected.
