Unser Anwesen verfügt über zwei nebeneinander liegende geräumige Cottages mit einer angrenzenden Tür, die Ihnen die Wahl zwischen einem größeren Mietobjekt mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern mit 2 bequemen Schlafsofas oder 2 separaten Unterkünften mit jeweils 2 Schlafzimmern und 1 Bad und einem Schlafsofa lassen. Jedes Cottage verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, eine Terrasse und eine Außendusche. Cottage 1 (6 Gäste): Bietet 2 Schlafzimmer (1) -Queen, (2) -1 Queen und 1 Twin. Ein Familienzimmer bietet einen vollen Schlafplatz für zusätzliche Gäste. Cottage 2 (5 Gäste): Bietet 2 Schlafzimmer (1) Queen, (2) -Bunkbeds mit Trundle und einem Doppelbett. Family Vacation

My husband and I hosted our 2 adult children, their spouses and 4 grandchildren. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and location. We walked to the beach on multiple days and hung out at the house/pool for much of the time. The outdoor space of the property was the biggest draw for us and it looked as good in person as it did in the photos. The two house set up was ideal for our families.

Perfect Staycation

We wanted to celebrate our friend's moving ack to France and booked this property for an easy staycation. They had everything we could think of and the patio is just so perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor grill, dining, pool and the fire-pit. The host was quick with her responses and very generous to offer a late checkout cause we weren't able to enjoy the property much with Hurricane Lee! I will defeinitely try to come back here for another stay.

50th Anniversary celebration

Many magical memories were made on The Cape in this double home for our family group of nine. The outside pool area was magical. We ate all big meals outside. Lots of sleeping areas, clean! and all the amenities one would need!

Wonderful get away!!!

Hidden Gem in Eastham!, We stayed at this property for one week, family of six with 2 teenagers and 2 young adult kids. The property is spotless and accommodated our family well. One king, 2 Queens, 2 sets of bunk beds ( one with a trundle!) and a single bed. 2 pullout couches as well. Two full kitchens and a fantastic outdoor kitchen/ dining area provided plenty of space for everyone to relax. The 2 kitchens provided space for the kiddos to play cards late at night while we enjoyed the quiet on the other side of the home. We enjoyed the pool and fire pit after a day at the beach . Cooks Brook Beach is a short 10 minute walk from the house. Great place to watch the sunset. There is a beach caddy in the shed and toys if you have little kiddos. The ocean side beaches are a short ride from the house Plenty of local restaurants too. ( Caroline’s has “ buck a shuck” with $1 oysters and 75 cent jumbo shrimp daily 3:30 to 5 which my kids enjoyed..). Plenty of pool floats and noodles as well as corn hole. Overall a fantastic stay. We will definitely return next year! Grace is a wonderful host, excellent communication Recommend 100%!!

Séjour très agréable dans une maison bien équipée

Nous avons passé un super moment dans votre maison. L’intérieur de la maison est très bien conçu pour un séjour avec des amis. C’était très propre, soigné, cozy et bien équipé. Nous avons beaucoup profité du jardin, du patio et de la piscine. Tout était parfait et bien aménagé. Sans hésitation, c’est la meilleure location que nous ayons pu avoir à Cap Cod. Un tout grand merci !

Great for families to vacation together

We went on a family vacation at this property and absolutely loved it. My family has one side and in$laws had the other. We were able to have separate spaces but also be together. The kids loved the bunk beds. Adults loved how clean and organized it was as well as the fire pits. Would stay here anytime we’re in Eastham

Great location, clean house

The house is in a great location! Walking distance to the bay beach and easily accessible. The house was great! We had 8 people who fit comfortable between the two cottages. We spent time outside at the fire pit and on the deck. Awesome experience! Grace was very prompt in all her responses and the process was so easy!

Great yard for a group

This home fit the needs of our group perfectly. There were spaces for our two families to have privacy as well as an amazing yard to all hang out together. There were extras like beach chairs, beach toys and a wagon to haul everything. Quiet neighborhood close to all the beach fun.

We had a great experience with this property. The set up between the two cottages was perfect to accommodate two families yet give each of us privacy. The back yard with decks, hammocks and fire pits was really nice and relaxing. Convenient location to Orleans, Wellfleet and Provincetown and within walking distance to a nice beach.

Perfect weekend!

We were a little nervous driving into the cape to a tropical storm warning but every minute of our weekend was perfect! Close to the bay which was so nice. And only 10 minutes to the Atlantic side beach! The houses were clean and well stocked for whatever we would need. We loved that there was an adjoining door between them. I hope if there’s a next time we get to utilize the outdoor spaces as they are beautiful.
