As you enter the home, the open floor plan greets you with the spacious Living Area, Gourmet Kitchen and spacious Dining Area.

In the Living Area there is a Leather Sectional Sofa, large Flat Screen, beautiful Chandelier, access to the oversize Lanai & Pool area and a great view of the Lake behind the house.

The Dining Area offers seating for 12, Pool access, a Lake view and beautiful overhanging Chandeliers. The Breakfast Bar offers seating for an additional 4 guests

Your Gourmet Kitchen is a chef’s envy. Outfitted with Granite Counter tops and Stainless Steel Appliances, you have everything you need to make a fabulous family dinner or a quick bite on the way out.

There’s no flipping a coin over who gets the Master Suite, there are 7 En-Suite Bedrooms in this home to choose from.

• Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. (Walmart - 1.5 Miles)

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

ONLINE PURCHASE:
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.
Some resorts may not accept them.

POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $40 per day.
2-Minimum: 3 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
6-Heaters works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)

ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED when the owner has to fix something or pay for an extra cleaning.
