Additionally this carriage house has a living room with floor to ceiling windows and doors, a full kitchen with bar seating for two and a wrap around porch! 

For additional sleeping arrangements book 'Georgetown Cottage'! The cottage house books separately and sleeps 12 guests in 4 bedrooms and 4/5 bathrooms!

3) This property has 2 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach.
