The Space:
Imagine soaking up the Florida sunshine from a reclining lounge chair on your sundeck patio. To cool off, you plunge into your private swimming pool, and feel pure refreshment. This is Florida living at its finest.

Step inside and fall in love with the open concept design, and natural light flooding the space. There's plenty of space to stretch out and relax in the living room, and keep entertained with the smart TV. There's a large capacity dining table to enjoy family dinners around, and a fully equipped chef's kitchen. Featuring granite countertops, loads of cupboard space, and high end stainless steel appliances, whether you're the next Gordon Ramsey, or just a fan of take out, this kitchen has got you covered. There's even a kitchen island with bar seating, plus an outdoor dining area too. And you can add BBQ to your menu, thanks to your outdoor grill.

There are 4 bedrooms, and the home can sleep up to 12 guests at a time. The primary bedroom features a King sized bed and beautiful ensuite bathroom. There is also a Queen sized bedroom, and 2 other bedrooms that feature large bunk-beds plus an extra bed in each.

Champions Gate Resort is a relatively new community encompassed by 36 holes of championship level golf course. But, if golf isn’t your thing, there is a day spa where you can relax, enjoy a massage, or indulge in a pedicure. The resort has an enormous water complex with a large resort-style pool with a two storey water slide, and a relaxing 850 foot lazy river! In addition, there is a quiet zone, lane swim pool, a separate zero-entry children’s splash zone, a jacuzzi hot tub, a wave pool, and a poolside tiki bar. There are also sun loungers and poolside cabanas with food and drink service.

Inside the state-of-the-art clubhouse, there is a fully-equipped fitness center with an aerobics studio. It is air conditioned and has top-notch equipment. • Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
