Alle Zimmer sind hell und sauber. 50-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer und zweiter 50-Zoll-Fernseher im fertigen Fernsehzimmer im Keller. Keller hat auch ein fertiges Spielzimmer mit Tischtennis, Airhockey und Tischfußball. Großer, privater Hinterhof mit neu vergrößerter großer Terrasse, Gasgrill, Spielen im Freien und einfachem Zugang zur Außendusche an Deck. Ein toller Ort zum Entspannen. In der Nähe der besten Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Perfekt für Familien oder nur ein langes Wochenende. Zwei Schlafzimmer haben Doppelbetten, das dritte Schlafzimmer hat zwei Etagenbetten. Das neu aktualisierte Hauptbad hat eine Einstiegsdusche in voller Größe und das zweite Bad hat ein Jack-n-Jill-Waschbecken und eine Badewanne / Dusche in voller Größe. Küche hat Spülmaschine; Herd / Backofen; Mikrowelle; Toaster mit 4 Scheiben; Kaffeemaschine; reichlich Schrankraum; und ist komplett zum kochen ausgestattet, inklusive allem was zum hummerfest benötigt wird. Tragbares Kinderbett, Graco Pack-n-Play, Hochstuhl und kinderfreundliches Geschirr sind vorhanden. Vier Liegestühle und Handtücher werden bereitgestellt, zusammen mit Sonnenschirm und Strandspielzeug in einer einfach zu tragenden Strandtasche. Sorgfältig von den Eigentümern gepflegt.

Well-Appointed Seclusion

We booked this vacation off season so unfortunately, we were not able to partake in all the house and area have to offer. Having said that, the home is well appointed and has anything you should need to keep a whole family busy for a cold winter or rainy summer day. Though it is in a quiet, out of the way part of town it is well situated for the beaches, highway and shopping. This home is the one I will choose to come back too - especially in the summer!David & Carolyn

Thoughtful rental with great amenities

This location was fantastic! The house was fully stocked with all the equipment needed for a fantastic cape weekend with thoughtful touches such as the lobster pot and various beach toys. We also found ourselves nearby everything as we were central cape and the house served as a great base camp. Highly recommend for any families or adult groups looking to spend a perfect cape weekend! We even locked ourselves out briefly and Laura was quick to deploy a solution.

Perfect house for family/friends

This was a great stay and had all the amenities needed for an extended weekend fishing trip! Kids loved the basement. Very clean! Will stay again and we would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Harwich or surrounding cape!

Clean, bright, comfortable

We were a party of six with two little ones. Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen had everything you need. Beds very comfortable and bathrooms had plenty of towels. Great outdoor shower. Close to shopping and beaches. We would definitely stay again.

Comfortable home

The house was very clean, supplied with all kitchen pots paper towels, dish towels, pans and private back yard for meals. It was very easy to use the sheets and towels supplied and just put in a bag for the owner to clean when leaving. Also, well supplied 2 recycle containers and no need to move the garbage/recycle bins for pick up. Nauset beach is great for adults and there is no traffic to get to the beach and plenty of parking. I wish the upstairs tv was a smart tv.

Long weekend trip

We traveled to the house for an out of town wedding and were perfectly comfortable in the house. Laura was very easy to communicate with and let us know if we needed anything that we could reach out. The house was very clean and had everything (and more!) than we needed. Close to shops, places to eat, gas station, and major roadways. We very much enjoyed our time spent at the cape!

Large Group Trip for a Wedding

My wife and I stayed at this property with her parents, sister, and friend for a Cape Cod wedding weekend. The house was conveniently located. It was spacious and we enjoyed the decor. The hosts were very responsive when questions came up. There were ample supplies in the kitchen and we enjoyed sitting on the deck with our morning coffee. The basement was also a good time - we played board games at the bar and played many rounds of ping pong. The neighborhood was quiet and it was very close to a pharmacy and grocery store. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly!

Perfect Cape Cod Getaway

This property is perfect for one or two families. It is extremely well equipped. The game room and home theater/bar are great for home entertainment and rainy weather. Beaches, parks, and services are all nearby. And the host is very attentive to needs. We were a three generation family and everyone was happy with our week together.

Great location and great for families!

The location of this house is centrally located and a short drive to all of the great places Cape Cod has to offer. It’s close to beaches, Chatham, Harwich, Orleans the National Seashore, route 28 for mini golf and go carts, and grocery store down the street. The house has a ton of space with the finished basement which also has a game room. Visiting from California it was great to have the shed full of beach toys, bikes, boogie boards, and more! Will definitely stay here again!

Vacation time!

House was clean, conveniently relocated and neighborhood was quiet. Owners were responsive and accommodating. Little ones loved bunk beds. I would recommend putting slip resistant strips in tub as it was very slippery when wet. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

House was even better than the pictures show. House was spotless, kitchen was very well stocked, loved the lobster trays! Finished basement was fantastic. Laura was a real pleasure, responded quickly and made sure if Hurricane Lee 🌀 gave us any problems she would be on top of things. Thank-You again for a great stay!

Wonderful!

I had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful home with my husband and 2 sons(ages 9yo and 11yo). The house was very clean and the location was perfect. We all loved the Game Room (Air Hockey, Foosball, Ping Pong) and the Theater Room in the basement and they made our stay there extra fun! We will look forward to staying in this home again!

Great home and great location!

Great 3 BR house in a very central location on Cape Cod. House was equipped with tons of kitchen needs as well as outdoor games, bikes, beach needs, etc. Basement was huge, including game room and large tv room. The owner Laura was very helpful and even was able to allow check-in several hours earlier than expected. Great house and would recommend for anyone!

Spacious and clean with amenities and location

We had a relaxing time at the house. Lots of games to play, bikes to ride and comfortable couches to sit on. The game room and media/bar area were great add ons to the spacious 1st floor. The house was spotless upon arrival. Location is very close to the water and Chatham. Outdoor shower was working great. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

The house is well-furnished and roomy enough for 8 adults, whether you are here for a week of summer vacation, attending a wedding, or just getting away with friends. The private back deck is the perfect spot for a quiet morning coffee and evening grilling with friends and family!

The kitchen, dining area, and living room are all open and roomy, easily allowing 8 adults to be in the same area of one another without feeling in each others way. The laundry is on the same floor in its own room just off the kitchen. The house is bright all day long with the sun rising on the kitchen side and setting on the living room side. The driveway can easily accommodate multiple vehicles.
