• Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside the house or on the premises, including e-cigarettes and vaping devices.

• No Pets: We love animals, but for the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted.

• No Drugs: No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

Safety and Security:

• Secure the Premises: Ensure all doors are locked when leaving the house.

• Registered Guests: Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to spend the night on the property.
