The Space:
This beautiful condo development promotes an ecological and spiritual lifestyle coupled with modern comforts. At this condo, you’ll enjoy an eco-designed space blended with Tulum’s natural textures to restore your peace and calm.

This 1076 sq ft | 100 sqm luminous nature-inspired space features:
- A soothing natural open living space where the living, dining room, and kitchen are in view for quality time together. Sliding glass doors connect indoors with outdoors and a lovely sofa and lounge seating area.
- A dining table that accommodates 6 for a relaxed sit-down meal at home. Plus extra seating at the kitchen breakfast bar!
- A fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances and everything you’d need to prepare healthy meals at home. Also, essential extras like a coffee maker for your morning jolt and a blender for happy hour margaritas!
- 2 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms to accommodate 4 guests as such:

You’ll have exclusive access to the penthouse condo and shared access to the complex amenities.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a beautiful development just 3 mi | 4.5 km or an 8- min drive from the center of Tulum town and a 14-min drive to the beach. The property is in an area surrounded by lush jungle, with lots of pathways to nooks and hidden gems for a unique connection with nature and plenty of modern amenities.
- Walk to Tulum town in about 30 minutes or bike there in 10! The town has a variety of bars, restaurants, cute shops, live music, and street performers.
- Stroll through the park downtown. There are often activities happening there.
- Bike, take a short drive, or taxi ride to the Tulum beach hotspots, jungle restaurants, boutiques & eco-chic nightlife.
- Chedraui grocery store and an AKI are about 6km | 4 mi away.

When it's sargassum season at the beach, don't despair! The beach isn't the only attraction in Tulum. You can still find amazing things to do, like:
- RIVER FLOAT at SIAN KA’AN BIOSPHERE, nature preserve & UNESCO World Heritage Site. The best float is via "Laguna Tours Muyil" (on G Maps).
- NOPALITOS LAGOON, this magical lagoon & nature sanctuary, is a hidden treasure you can access for a small fee per person & bring your own food & drinks to have a picnic there. There's also a day club called “Neek Tulum" (with a cover charge)
- VESICA TULUM, a CENOTE DAY CLUB situated only an 8-min drive from the property.
- Nearest GOLF: PGA Riviera Maya Golf Club - 32 km | 20 mi or DREAMS Tulum - 13 km | 8 mi

LASTLY, there are many world-renowned restaurants in Tulum, but here are a few we recommend:
- Burrito Amor, Norita Tulum, Tora Tulum, Casa Banana, Pasha

Getting Around:
The property is about 120 km|75 miles or about a 1 hr 45-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). The new Tulum airport is now open if you’d like to check if your flight goes there. It’s best to pre-arrange airport transfers. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help!

Other Things to Note:
*Important note: this development is on the jungle side of the highway, about 5 km|3 mi from the center of town and a 15-min drive to the beach. It’s a wonderful place to disconnect, surrounded by lush landscape and hidden gems like two natural cenotes. That said, it's best to have a car or bike to get around from this area.

Also note: Tulum is experiencing high growth and you’ll hear construction at times from surrounding developments and may experience power outages due to a lack of infrastructure. Both are outside of our control, and we cannot be held responsible.

First time in Tulum? The property is surrounded by jungle, and our cleanliness standards are the highest, but that does not prevent the occasional insect from visiting. Keep this in mind before you book.

For stays longer than 6 nights, there is a $25 USD weekly fixed electricity fee charged prior to check-in.

Housekeeping rules to keep in mind:
- Please hang towels. Don’t leave them on the floor.
- Please throw the toilet paper in the trash basket and not in the toilet bowl to avoid plumbing problems. (Tulum has a sensitive eco-system)
- Close the doors and windows every time you leave.
- Turn off the fans and A/C whenever you leave. It only takes a few minutes to cool the environment again when you return.
- Take out the trash to the deposits on the left side of the guardhouse by the main entrance.
- Visitors are not allowed.

Some essentials are provided, like toilet paper, garbage bags, soap, body wash & shampoo. Please note, these items are not replenished during the stay.

Guests may need to climb stairs to access certain areas of the property.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

There are security cameras facing outside areas of the complex only. This is strictly for the safety and security of our guests.

Complimentary cleaning is not included for extended stays. However, if you'd like the place cleaned, we can arrange that for an additional fee. (Laundry not included in the cleaning service) Please provide at least 48-hour advance notice.

Late check-out is subject to availability with an additional fee. Please contact the host.

Interaction with Guests:
It’s a self-check-in property. You just need to stop at registration for your keys on the way in and make your way to the villa.
