Located on the ninth hole of the Rio Grande Country Club, not only will you have access to fabulous golfing, but also excellent fly fishing, wading, and bank fishing on the Rio Grande River. Downtown South Fork is within a five-minute drive, whereas day trips are possible with a great mix of Colorado towns and hot springs to explore nearby! Plus, you're 21 miles from Wolf Creek - the most snow in Colorado!

Back at your adventure perch, cozy up in front of the living room's gas fireplace as you stream your favorite TV show or movie. When it comes time to eat, the kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large center island. A gas grill is available outside when you'd prefer to cook alfresco with mountain views.

Down the hall, the primary bedroom displays a private hideaway with a second gas fireplace, personal TV, and high-quality linens. A washer/dryer rounds out the townhome's creature comforts.

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
