If you're willing to accept that possibility, we'd be glad to host your family and friends. This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE, and house may have party prevention devices. Please read booking requirements and house rules before booking. All the charm of the mountains with the convenience of being near Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg and the Smokies. We would love to have you as our guests. Relax in the hot tub or enjoy the indoor pool (pool temp 84˚F) with a dedicated bathroom! Pool has a locked keypad entry for safety. House and pool towels provided. Fire up the propane BBQ grill right off the porch for nightly barbecues. The wood burning fireplace on the covered deck is perfect for relaxing and conversation (firewood is not provided). The theater room and game room offer endless entertainment options for guests of all ages. The theater room is equipped with a 85 inch 4K UHD Smart TV with 5.1 surround sound system and comfortable seating to enjoy movies or binge-watch your favorite TV shows. The game room features an air hockey table, ping pong table, and multiple arcade games to keep everyone entertained. Your own private playground right outside of the cabin for the little ones to enjoy!

A well-equipped kitchen is open to the living room/dining room area for interaction while cooking and serving. The dining area offers seating for 11 people. Starter pack of dish soap, dishwasher tabs, bar soaps, and trash bags, and paper products (toilet paper, paper towels) is provided. You may purchase more at local stores depending on the length of your stay.

Each of the 3 bedrooms and loft is equipped with comfortable beds and linens to ensure a good night's sleep. There are 3.5 bathrooms.

Roads to this mountain cabin are 100% paved. Along with the beautiful views, there are some winding turns and areas where the road narrows. Paved parking right outside the front door can easily accommodate 4 cars. The entry roads and driveway are moderately steep and windy for a short distance, less than a mile. Surrounding woods are steep and not suitable for a play area. Resort Fee is for pool maintenance and heating. Rest easy in knowing our goal is to provide you with a clean, welcoming home.

Located in Shagbark gated community with shared guest access to general swimming pool (seasonal), pickleball, tennis court, basketball court, park with fitness trail and dog park, frisbee golf, cornhole, playground, and picnic pavilion.

We've hired the best inspectors, cleaners and maintenance teams we can find. Because of this quality-driven commitment, we do not offer discounts for housekeeping or maintenance issues. If you discover an issue, let us know and we will deal with it ASAP. Sometimes a detail gets overlooked or a problem arises (this is a house after all, and things do break), so please understand that.

In order to rent this property:
Person with the platform account is the “Booking Guest”
● Booking Guest must be 25 or older and submit government-issued ID to confirm age within 24 hours of making reservation (obscure your ID#)
● Booking Guest must sign and return the Cancellation Policy & Rental Agreement within 24 hours of making reservation
● Booking Guest must stay at the property for the entire reservation dates (booking for others is not allowed)
● Credit card must be in Booking Guest's name. In other words, ALL these must be in the SAME NAME.

Your booking is TEMPORARILY HELD for 24 hours after you book. During this 24 hour period, renter is required to sign and submit rental agreement and provide scan/photo of Government ID that matches method of payment or your booking will AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL.

Please review the cancellation policy. We are unable to refund platform fees (because we do not collect platform fees).

This property is in the Great Smoky Mountains. There is wildlife here! Some of it may be dangerous. Be aware that native wildlife includes bears, snakes, raccoons, turkeys, skunks as well as insects that may bite or sting. We maintain a regular pest control service, but neither they nor we can guarantee you will not encounter wildlife outside or inside. This is a risk you agree to by booking. PLEASE NOTE: It is a high possibility that you will see or encounter bears during your stay.

❌ No events, parties, or gatherings; max of 11 people on the property at any given time
❌ No Fires. 🔥Fire is only allowed in the outdoor deck fireplace. Fires of any other kind can result in immediate termination of your stay with no refund
❌ No Trailers or RV's are allowed. Driveway has no room for trailers/RV turnaround

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 11 and includes infants and children. This maximum is based on our license, parking, water capacity, and bed count. This total includes people day or night, staying or visiting. Any evidence of guests above the 11 person maximum occupancy may result in eviction of the whole group without refund.

This property features exterior surveillance cameras. These devices may be recording audio and video 24/7. They do not face into living areas, pool or hot tub. Covering, unplugging or tampering with cameras and/or internet Wi-Fi related equipment will result in a $200 fine.
