Diese unglaubliche Anwesen Haus ist eines der schönsten Häuser in der renommierten Greg Norman Golfplatz Gated Community von PGA West mit einer unvergleichlichen Süden gerichtete Lage. Dieses Haus mit Blick auf den ersten Grün des Platzes und bietet spannende und endlose Panorama-Bergblick. Die üppig gestalteten Hinterhof hat einen wunderschönen Resort-Stil Kies tec Salzwasser-Pool / Spa mit Cascading Rock Wasserfall und einem eingebauten Grill. Der Hinterhof ist auch mit einer Terrasse Mistingsystem und einem Pool Kühlsystem sorgen für zusätzlichen Komfort während der Hitze der Sommermonate ausgestattet.
Das Ex-Model Haus liegt auf einem 15.000 qm Grundstück und ist perfekt für Unterhaltung. Die Bodenfläche besteht aus 4.370 sq ft und verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, 5 Bäder sowie ein Büro und einen zusätzlichen Bonus-Entertainment-Bereich. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über eine begehbare Dusche + Whirlpool. Dieses herrliche Haus ist nach den höchsten Standards eingerichtet und mit luxuriösen Details und Annehmlichkeiten wie Schieferboden, Granitarbeitsplatte, Decken mit Holzbalken, Schaltschränke und vieles mehr akzentuiert. Die Gourmet-Küche ist komplett mit allen Utensilien und Geräte bestückt. Drei Schlafzimmer sind mit Kingsize-Betten ausgestattet und das vierte Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten, die zusammen auf Anfrage in ein Kingsize-Konfiguration platziert werden können. Das Büro und der Bonus-Entertainment-Bereich kann auch für zusätzliche Schlafbereiche genutzt werden. Eines der vier Schlafzimmer steht ein separates Gäste-Casita mit eigenem Eingang.

Perfect Set Up

My friends and I had an excellent stay, and was the perfect set up for our trip. The property is spectacular and beyond spacious. Check in was very smooth and orientation to the house. Communication with the property manager was very easy. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great stay. Checking in and out easy. Good instructions s for tvs fans lights pool etc. large open home. Well stocked from toiletries to beach towels to dishes and glasses. Loved the view and privacy. Large TV in main room for football games. Playroom/bonus room appreciated beds comfortable it’s a 10!

Beautiful and spacious

The property is beautiful. Lots of room for everyone. There is plenty of space through out tje house that you don't feel like you are on top of each. Everyone has there own TV to watch what they want. The pool was beautiful and big. The water was nice and cool considering it was 120 degrees. We will definitely stay again.

Close cousins Reunion

Could not have been better. This home is spectacular and has spectacular Southern facing views toward the lovely mountains. It’s very private compared to most all golf course homes we considered. Absolutely lovely and well appointed. The larger square footage affords several seating areas allowing all to have privacy or down time when wanted. The photos of this beautiful home do not do this place justice. Stunning home, absolutely wonderful hosts (Brad and Maria), and very nice and always available property manager. We were 7 adults staying there with four others staying at a nearby spa resort. Cant wait for our next reunion. Thank you Brad and Maria!

Perfect Retreat

Extremely well kept and up to date on all appliances. Nothing broken or outdated. All new grill and tvs easy to work. Pool was fun and spacious but a little issue with being able to use the heater as they are a little too overly protective on controls and since waterfall was so cold even in summer heat. We had a nice stay there and would love to stay there again.

Fantastic property and great location

The luxury villa is located just of the first hole on the Greg Norman course at PGA West. The perfect location for any golf-related activities. We stayed at the villa for almost 2 weeks and we absolutely loved it. The pool & BBQ area is the perfect retreat after a long day of golfing. We will most certainly be back sometime in the future.

Wonderful house!

We had a great experience at this property. The pool was fabulous and had plenty of loungers and outdoor seating. The view of the course kept the men entertained but we were far enough from the 1st hole that the ladies were comfortable to be in the backyard in swimsuits. Owner was wonderful to work with and even accommodated us when we had to cut our trip short by a couple of days. The location of the house is near the entrance to the neighborhood. We found that convenient, but families with littles should be aware there are cars coming and going. We would like to stay here again! Thank you.

Simply Phenomenal!

Everything about this property far exceeded our admittedly high expectations. Pictures simply don’t do it justice. The property manager was fantastic and responded to every inquiry immediately. The house was spacious and luxurious, had everything we needed and then some. And the main attraction to this house did not disappoint—the pool area was absolutely spectacular. Hope to return soon!

Everything was perfect!! The living quarters were sensational for my family. The pool and jacuzzi were so loved! It was marvelous and we could not have had a better time. My husband will definitely remember his birthday.

Amazing Property!!

This home was amazing and even better than the photos. The house is very spacious and clean. The large pool and mountain view from the backyard was wonderful. We experienced a few minor issues upon arrival but they were quickly resolved by the property manager, Jennifer. All in all, it was the perfect property for a nice relaxing family vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

We specifically sought out a vacation home in the Coachella Valley with its endless sunshine and natural beauty that had the “WOW!” factor. To this end, we were attracted to the Greg Norman Golf Course community within PGA West due to the striking contrast of colors of the Australian outback design of the course. Once we entered this amazing property and saw the incredible views of the golf course and the Santa Rosa Mountains, we knew this home had the “WOW!” factor that we were searching for.
