Ideally located just one building back from the beach, this is a place to spend your days surfing, swimming, boogie boarding, and soaking up the summer sun.
This condo is a third-floor walk-up - a top-floor position without overhead neighbors that grants it beautiful views, but please be aware that there is no elevator. As for the location, you'll be perfectly placed on the north side of Ocean City within walking distance of numerous bars and restaurants. Northside Park, a 58-acre expanse of sports fields, walking paths, a fishing and crabbing pier, picnic areas, a playground, and an outdoor fitness center, is less than a mile up Coastal Highway.
It's a delight to wake up in this condo each morning, with coastal sunlight streaming in through front and rear windows. Prepare breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen, sit down to eat at the breakfast bar, and grab a swimsuit and towel from the stacked washer/dryer on your way out the door to the beach.
After a day in the sun, come home to unwind in central air conditioning, sip cold cocktails on the balcony, or set up a board game on the tufted ottoman. When you're not dining out, snuggle up at home to watch movies on DVD or streaming (with your own accounts) and plan tomorrow's adventures using complimentary WiFi.
Things to Know
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
There is no smoking on the property, including on the balcony.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
