Beachside Condo on Quiet Street--2 blocks to the Malecon--Everything You Need

Welcome to our CASA!

We have been rental guests around the world many times over so we know what makes a great experience for you. Our wish is for you to have a relaxing and fun time at our condo, and we will do our best to ensure you do!

The condo is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy the historical neighborhood of 5th (Cinco) of Diciembre and a brief walk into the Center of Puerto Vallarta along the Boardwalk. The beach is a few steps away and we supply beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas for your use. The walkability of this condo is 10/10! Plus it is on a quiet street--you are very close to great activities and you get to relax and sleep in quiet. Two A/C units keep our place very cool.

The condo has a large bedroom with king bed and a private master bath with bidet. The living room joins a full service kitchen with bar. We have both purified filtered drinking water and a great collection of cooking equipment.

The living room has a Murphy bed queen size for two more people. The best part of the condo is the covered private terrace. You can enjoy the outdoors, eating, drinking or napping in your own space!

Climb a few flights of stairs and you can relax on the rooftop patio shared with two other condos. Sunsets, outdoor drinking and dining, a sundeck and a covered deck await you next to the swimming pool!
