Unclean and information was met with unprofessional response from property mgr.
There were several unclean findings on most linens, 2 beds, 2 walls and the vent in the main foyer (as there was an unpleasant smell upon entering). Upon reporting to the property manager, was met with "I have 80 pictures" and "the property was just cleaned yesterday" and "do you have any pictures or proof of what you are reporting".
The pictures presented to us were the rooms in general. The uncleany things, boogers on the wall, 2 bugs in the wash cloths, potatoe chips in the bed, red sauce on the sheets was of course not seen in the distant pictures of the general room. Was seen in person upon unwrapping the linens to use. Had to launder ourselves and strip the 3rd bed linens while we laundered the 1st and 2nd bed linenes, etc.
It would have been nicer for the manager to receive this with a sense of concern such as "thank you for letting me know" or "how can we help".
We were not looking for a discount, refund or anything of that nature. Unfortunately, there was no ownership or accountability for placing our family in a home that was reported as cleaned and appeared in the pictures to be clean; however was not clean.
Clean the vent in the front foyer and place a filter in the box as well, it stinks. Will be especially problematic with a family who may have allergies or anyone with asthma.
This is not a premier host property and no thank you to the unprofessional reply and then lack of reply once I told you we laundered your linens, etc. Thanks for nothing.
