Casa Sur offers sweeping views of Nosara’s coastline. Nestled on top of “The Hill,” this villa feels close enough to everything but yet far enough away. In just a moment’s drive, toes in the sand, surf, yoga classes, pick up groceries, dine out, or explore Nosara’s cozy downtown area.  
The very spacious primary suite has a huge walk-in closet, private outdoor shower that boasts incredible ocean views and is tucked away in the jungle. The guest rooms have private bathrooms and stunning mountain and ocean views. All rooms have sliding glass doors that open to the terraces. The bedrooms are outfitted with blackout blinds to sleep past sunrise if desired. Open up the entire home for the cross breezes and feel like you are floating on a land yacht.
Casa Sur features an infinity pool that makes you feel you could skip a stone to the ocean and float over the treetops to the waves. Chill on the lounging terrace as you watch the ocean tides come and go and enjoy all that nature has to offer. Beach views frame the front of the villa. 
Fully equipped chef’s kitchen to satisfy your culinary needs. TV nook, sprawling living room and dining for 10 to 12.

The villa is equipped with luxury linens, bath towels, pool and beach towels, toiletries are also provided and a huge laundry room if needed.  

The gated driveway offers privacy and peace of mind for our guests, as well as an onsite groundskeeper who can assist with a variety of needs. 

There are a wide variety of amazing restaurants closeby, or take a 10 minute drive to La Luna for brunch beach day or go on a cuisine mountain adventure up to El Coyol!  

Nosara offers a variety of shops and restaurants that are scattered about. Visit the local farmers’ market on Tuesdays to shop for fresh vegetables, baked goods, savory and sweet, alongside goods from local artists and designers to adorn you or your home.   If you’re looking for a relaxing and private getaway with surroundings that feel far away from civilization but close enough to modern amenities, we’d love to welcome you to Casa Sur in Nosara.
