Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras. These cameras are outward-facing and do not look into any interior spaces.
*Camera 1 is a Ring doorbell camera facing the front entry.
*Cameras 2 and 3 are located on a palm tree in the front of the property and face the front entrance
and toward the backyard.
*Camera 4 is located on the roof at the back of the property facing the backyard.
*Camera 5 is located on the shed in the backyard facing the back of the property.
These cameras actively record video and audio when motion is detected and will be turned on during
your stay.

**Per city ordinance, this property is equipped with NoiseAware systems to monitor noise levels and
detect smoking, vaping, and marijuana use.

**Only the number of guests specified in the original reservation are permitted on the property. Any
individuals exceeding this number will incur a charge of $50.00 per person, per night. This policy
ensures the comfort, safety, and quality of your stay.
