Sunny Delight on 10th is a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home that accommodates 12 guests. This Indian Rocks Beach home is a treasure! Unique luxury and surprises around every corner. There is plenty of space for all your guests to spread out and enjoy their vacation. There are several sitting areas where you can watch a movie, enjoy gaming, or sit outdoors in the covered lanai and enjoy the large poolside TV. The kitchen is the center of the home where you can make dinner but still be involved in the conversations of the day with the guests as they relax in the screened-in lanai. From the kitchen, you can keep your eye on the grill master! Dine inside or out! Enjoy! Relax! Make Memories & make this your return destination!
Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need! Stainless steel appliances include a refrigerator with an ice/water dispenser, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Other provided amenities include a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and basic dishes and utensils. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: The dining table has enough space to sit 4 in chairs, 2 on the bench, and 3 on bar stools at the breakfast bar. There's a sitting area here with 2 chairs a TV, and sliding glass doors leading out to the screened-in lanai.
Living Room: Comfortable seating, ottoman, and wall-mounted smart TV.
Bedroom #1: Located on the ground floor this spacious master bedroom comes with a King-size bed, a smart TV, a ceiling fan, and a spacious en-suite bathroom (see bathroom #1).
Bedroom #2: Found on the ground floor across the hall from the master bedroom, this bedroom includes a Queen-size bed, a ceiling fan, and double French doors out to the living room.
Bedroom #3: The kid's room is fun and trendy with a twin bed, a twin loft bed, and a pull-out trundle, sleeping 3 guests in total!
Bedroom #4: Directly off of the upstairs landing, this room has a single day bed with pull out trundle, ceiling fan, a TV on the desk, and sliding glass doors leading out to the upstairs deck
Bedroom #5: Located on the top floor, this bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, wall-mounted TV, and en-suite bathroom (see bathroom #3).
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Single vanity sink and seamless walk-in shower with a handheld shower head and overhead rain showerhead. No tub.
Bathroom #2: Full bath with a single vanity sink and shower/tub combo.
Bathroom #3 (en-suite): Single vanity sink countertop. The toilet and standing shower are adjacent and with a privacy door. No tub.
Outdoors: The outdoor cooking area is set up with a gas grill and a smoker. The large heated pool has sun loungers, a bistro table with chairs, a dining area with an umbrella, a brand-new putting green, and a wonderful grilling station. If you want to soak up some sun or catch the gorgeous sunsets, there is a top-floor sun deck with 3 Adirondack loungers. The screened-in lanai has plenty of seating to relax outside and enjoy the weather without being under the sun.
Other amazing outdoor amenities include 2 adult bikes, beach equipment (8 folding beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, and a folding beach wagon), and a golf cart, perfect for traveling to and from the beach! Golf cart access is provided upon signing a waiver.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This property provides 4 parking spaces. Grass and street parking are not permitted

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
