The kitchen offers plenty of counter space and everything you need and more to prepare your favorite meals. A high-top breakfast counter separates the kitchen area from a formal dining setting. Wall-to-wall windows span the length of both the dining and living room areas. Enjoy lake views from sunup, to sundown. Oversized and comfortable furniture make the living room cozy and inviting.

Completing the main level of Osprey Landing is the entry level bath with walk-in tile shower.

Upstairs, two private bedrooms and a third passage bedroom can be found. Each of the two private bedrooms offer an unforgettable lake view! Enjoy your morning beverage from the balcony of the main bedroom and marvel at the morning calmness, or later enjoy a priceless sunset.

In the back of the house, the attached one bedroom suite at Osprey Landing is the perfect spot for a bit of privacy and relaxation. This additional bonus space will prove to be the perfect addition to this already beautiful destination home. Inside, you'll find a kitchen with white cabinetry, oversized furniture in the living area, and a master bedroom with queen bed. Just off the living area a private balcony with bistro table and chairs is yours to enjoy. Soak up the sunset with a Finger Lakes cocktail!

Outside, the private lakefront beach offers plenty of toys for your enjoyment. Spend your days paddling the shore of Cayuga Lake in one of the kayaks or paddle board offered or enjoy sunbathing on the shoreline. Watch as osprey and other native birds fly nearby. You'll soon see how this gem got its name! Fishing at Osprey Landing is a true gem all of its own. This beach area is said to be one of the better local fishing spots!

Satisfy the barbeque-enthusiast at one of the grills overlooking the lake. Perfect for grilling and a refreshing beverage while enjoying the sunset. For the creative ones in your party, an outdoor pizza oven is also available upon request.

Osprey Landing is located approximately two minutes from one of the Finger Lakes most beautiful and diverse cities, Ithaca, NY. Visit Buttermilk, Triphammer, or Taughannock Falls; tour the Cornell Plantations and gorges or enjoy some wine or micro-brewery tastings. In downtown Ithaca, you will find an outdoor pedestrian mall with plenty of amazing restaurants, cafes, and specialty shops. For cyclists, the Ithaca area offers amazing cycling for all, be it: road (take on the areas hill challenges as well as quite country roads), gravel (many rail-trails and park pathways), or mountain biking.

An active set of train tracks can be found between the house and lakefront. The train goes through sporadically and at a very, very slow pace. Guests of all ages, especially younger children, can't wait to see the train pass by!

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
