Located on the 40th floor of a modern high-rise with elevator access, this stunning three-bedroom home is tastefully decorated with sophistication and luxury, and the spacious layout is perfect for up to 7 guests seeking comfort and convenience.

While offering a glorious sea view, this apartment is fully furnished, which includes a living area equipped with a sofa, a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options, and a dining table that seats five people. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the magnificent views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities.

The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom welcomes you with a majestic king bed. The second bedroom has another lavish king bed, and the third bedroom provides flexible sleeping arrangements with two single beds. With complimentary hotel-quality linens on every bed, your comfort is guaranteed.

The 2.5 bathrooms are available, containing all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Rest assured, the apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the gym and the swimming pool, kids club, prayer room, lounge, and cafes. The building also has a sky lounge located on a high floor.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
