Enjoy the comfort of our two-story townhome featuring three bedrooms upstairs, complete with two full baths, and a convenient half bath downstairs. The open-plan ground floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living area, leading to a patio—perfect for morning coffee. Accommodations include a king bed in the master, twin beds in the second bedroom, a queen in the third, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. An attached garage houses laundry facilities for your convenience.

Dolphins Waterfront Bar & Grill at Cape Crossing is open and is is the largest tiki bar and restaurant on Florida’s Space Coast. With a Florida fresh theme with a Polynesian twist it is the perfect place to relax and get a bite to eat!

Kayaks, paddle boards, and pontoon rentals and boat slips are available, at Cape Crossing Resort and Marina, for exploring the rivers, canals, or many of its tributaries for a relaxing afternoon paddle. Or, entertain friends and family while cruising at a gentle pace along the river’s edge. Plan a day at the beach or explore the other attractions in our Merritt Island community.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to Clubhouse, pool, and Marina.

We do not allow any mailbox access.
Unless there was a previously agreed late checkout, there will be a fee for any late checkout.

Interaction with Guests:
Our digital locks let you arrive and check yourselves in, but we’re here if you need us. Message us on the Airbnb app if you need anything during your stay. For urgent matters, call the number provided.
