This newer, built in 2020, bright and cheery 1,800 sq ft cabin boasts an incredible location in Bear Cove Falls Resort in the heart of Pigeon Forge. It is very near all the parkway attractions and just a little over 2 miles to Dollywood! You can hear the Dollywood train whistle while relaxing the porch! Only 7 miles to Gatlinburg through the beautiful Smoky Mountain National Park.

*This cabin is not in the woods, no steep mountain roads.

*All 4 smart TVs include Netflix and Hulu.

*We provide laundry pods, dishwasher pods, dish soap, paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper.

*Shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided.

*Security camera on back door frame, it only views small part of door area. Camera does NOT face hot tub or backyard.
It does not view any interior space. Camera is for protection of our property when vacant.

*In the Smoky Mountains there is a possibility of wild animals, bears, bugs or other critters. We spray regularly for pest prevention, we can not guarantee that you won't see any of them.

*RULES

*We have a VERY STRICT NO SMOKING policy, Absolutely NO smoking on the premises including front porch and back patio. ANY evidence of smoking will incur a minimum $500 fee for furniture cleaning and odor removal.

*Candle use in the cabin is strictly prohibited.

*No parties or events permitted.

*NO PETS, $200 charge for violation and reservation will be canceled.

*This is our second home. We cherish this cabin and kindly ask you to leave things in the condition you found them. Please treat this as your own, preserving it for future guests and hopefully for your own return visits. Our goal is for you to have the best experience at The Cub Inn.
