Lavender Hill Cottage ist ein einstöckiger Bungalow in Hanglage aus der Mitte des Jahrhunderts, geschmackvoll renoviert und dekoriert. Es verfügt über alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten wie Zentralheizung, zentrale Klimaanlage und eine Garage für zwei Autos mit Fernöffner.

Es ist ein wahres Weingebiet! Wunderschönes 2-Schlafzimmer-Cottage mit 2 Bädern in privater Hanglage mit Blick auf die fernen Hügel. Dennoch ist es nur mehr als 3 km vom historischen Sonoma Plaza entfernt. Grundriss öffnen. Es verfügt über eine wunderschön umgestaltete Küche mit Kalksteinplatten, Holzböden und einem großen Kamin mit passender Kalksteinverkleidung und Feuerstelle. Durch die französischen Türen gelangt man zu einer großen Terrasse, die mit einem Gasgrill und Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet ist und sich ideal zum Essen und Entspannen im Freien eignet.

Beide Bäder wurden mit luxuriösen Einrichtungen renoviert. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über Fenstertüren, die zu einem anderen privaten Deck führen. Hier können Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee oder Ihr abendliches Glas Wein genießen und den Sonnenuntergang beobachten.

Lavender Hill Cottage verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie von einem Weingut erwarten, einschließlich zentraler Klimaanlage, Zentralheizung, großer Garage für 2 Autos, viel Originalkunstwerk, Gourmetküche und herrlicher Aussicht. Im Hauptwohnbereich finden Sie einen 50-Zoll-HD-Fernseher, einen Blu-ray- / DVD-Player mit Internetanschluss und eine Filmbibliothek. Great location to wineries and restaurants

This is our second stay in the Sonoma area. The house was lovely, well-appointed, and in an excellent location close to everything. The neighborhood was beautiful and very quiet too!

At home in Sonoma

The house was perfect for our stay with 2 couples. The kitchen was well equipped and the gas grill was perfect for cooking in. The was plenty of room to spread out. The neighborhood was quiet and we loved hanging out on the deck for our morning coffee and cocktails in the evening. The beds were ok for the most part but could use a mattress replacement. Thanks for a great stay!

Hidden Sonoma Gem

Fabulous cottage nestled on a hill minutes from Sonoma Plaza and wineries. Three of us were in town for a wedding, and this was the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend. The cottage is much larger than I expected, with stunning views and an incredible kitchen and deck for star-gazing. The wine-swapping fridge was full of great wines, and we left a few ourselves. Could easily accommodate 2 couples. Everything from parking to communication to the cleanliness of the property were 5-star. Highly recommend. Will stay here again.

Lovely stay at Lavender Cottage

Everything was as pictured and wonderfully homey. Location is wonderful - nothing was too far by any means, though we were secluded enough that we had privacy, quiet, and lovely views.

Convenience with value.

We were visiting both Napa and Sonoma and this location was convenient for both. A great value for a great location. The host was easy to reach before arrival and not needed during our 6 day stay.

Excellent choice for Sonoma get away

We were an all adult foursome staying a couple of days to spend some time at Sonoma Raceway and hang out together. Great to have two king bedded rooms too. The tub in the master bath was not good for us, as it was quite deep and with glass sliders. There was nothing to grab onto stepping in or out. My husband nearly fell getting out. He’s 6 feet too. I am short, so did not even try. The hall bath does have an easier to access shower, so it was OK. Otherwise, it was a great stay and the deck was fabulous to hang out in the afternoon. We got take-out for dinner and that was perfect for us to enjoy our private time together. The roads in the neighborhood are narrow and winding, so you need to be mindful. If you drive a large vehicle, it may be intimidating.

Quiet relaxing spot for a wine tasting vacation

Stayed at this property with my fiancée and my parents while out in the area for wine tasting. It was the best place to land after long days out. We loved the big deck space and especially the spices and sauces already on-site. Communication with the owners was great. They emailed information out with clear instructions and if anything had come up, I felt confident they would have handled it. We would definitely return!

Convenient to Sonoma. Only about 8 - 10 min drive. The three bedrooms are nicely appointed and comfortable. The deck/terrace is large, and comfortable. It would benefit from staining/painting.

Amazing stay

We came as a surprise trip for my husband's 40th birthday. The location was amazing, very central to everything we wanted to do. The house was extremely comfortable, especially relaxing by the fire with a bottle of wine every night! Bob and Diana were amazing hosts. If I could give it 10 stars I would!

Wine Country Stay in Sedona

The place was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The comforters are very old and dated, but the beds were comfortable. We arrived late and it was so nice that lights were left on, so we weren't arriving in the dark. Two of the rooms have king sized beds, which was a nice plus when you are staying with another couple.

A nice place to escape

This property was perfect for us. A cottage tucked away in the back a neighborhood. I felt like it was comfortable home. It has everything and more that you need. There were 4 of us and plenty of places to go escape and read a book. The kitchen has great pots and pans and lots of cookbooks for you to peruse. Lots of outdoor space. It is about a 30 minute drive to Napa or Calistoga. The mountain roads are fun but don’t drive if you had a few as they become treacherous. The owner had great communication and has thoughtfully provided everything. One review said the place was worn and needed updating. I would describe it as comfortable and inviting, like your grandmother. We loved it. Thank you. It is near sonoma and only 2 miles to the Safeway. I raised my eyebrows as we turned off into the neighborhood, it cracked me up that houses were built every which way with no rhyme nor reason. The collie dogs next door do like to bark around 7:00 am.

Perfect for us

Lavender Cottage is a lovely, cozy cottage that was perfect for my family of four on a wine tasting adventure. The indoor space is comfortable and well-appointed with plenty of seating and space for four adults. The kitchen was well-stocked as was the wine fridge! The rain kept us away from the outdoor space most of the weekend but we managed to grill one night and soak up some sun on the last day. The cottage is located just about a five minute drive to downtown Sonoma. Robert was so easy to work with and we would definitely stay there again!
