This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom haven boasts a designed living space of 1,322 SqFt, providing ample room for relaxation and enjoyment. The living room invites you to unwind on a comfortable sofa while indulging in your favorite shows on the Apple TV, equipped with all streaming apps (guests will need to log in to their own accounts). The well-appointed kitchen features a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances and everything you'll need during your stay with a dining room beside it. The family room is complete with a sofa and a small office area and opens up to the backyard, where guests can bask in the California sunshine on lounge seating, gather around the fire pit, or savour a delicious BBQ meal in the dining area. The home can accommodate up to 7 guests and requires a 3-night minimum stay.

Sleep in style with a king-sized bed in the Master Bedroom, complemented by an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms offer a king and queen-sized bed respectively, sharing a well-appointed bathroom. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped rental home, complete with beach equipment (chairs, coolers, umbrella, boogie board), dog stroller, yard games, baby games, and a wifi-enabled portable speaker. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, a washer/dryer, and an attached 2-car garage with additional parking space in the driveway. Pets are allowed with landlord approval and an additional pet deposit of $500 per pet. NOTE: The cleaning fee includes an additional pet fee to clean the property. PLEASE NOTE:
1. The minimum age requirement to book the property is 21 years old.
2. Guests must provide proof of ID. If someone else books the home on behalf of another group or individual, the person who made the booking will also need to submit proof of ID.
3. Reservations for 30 nights or longer will be required to sign a Lease Agreement. Guests who do not agree to the terms and conditions of the Agreement will be asked to cancel their reservation.
4. Payment of the refundable security deposit must be made prior to the check-in date to finalize the reservation. Failure to pay the refundable security deposit will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
5. The cancellation policy written in the listing determines the applicable refund based on the cancellation timeframe.
