Perfect expectations

Our expectations for this place were set and met hands down. The place was very well equipped with all the necessary household vacation based items and some. We very much enjoyed our stay and to say we will definitely return again, it goes without saying.

Great rental

Exactly like photos perfect layout especially with children. Great to have access to the third bathroom without going in a bedroom to wake a child up. Highly recommend!

My family and I had a great week in this unit at the Ritz. It is very well maintained with all the necessities. The bedding was very comfortable which is a must! The Ritz staff were very accommodating!

Beautiful condo

This condo is absolutely gorgeous. Large windows looking out on the beautiful ocean and everything was clean comfortable. The owner was very helpful and easy to work with. All the staff on the property were incredibly accommodating and nice. The kids and I had a fabulous time!!!!!

Wonderful Florida Month

My husband and I spent a wonderful month in this unit at the Ritz Carlton. It is very clean, furnished/equipped with everything one would need - all in great condition. Everything is comfortable - bed, couches, patio furniture. Our host Angela and property manager Jill were always available, although there was not much that was needed.

A great time

Love this property, love this condo. Beautiful ocean views, had a fantastic time with family and friends. Owner was clear that work was in progress on the buildings, gave us concierge numbers and property managers numbers to follow up if we wanted anymore information. We spent most of our days on the beach and by the lower pool. Also spent time at The Gardens Mall and some of the other plazas near by too. We had a great time, making dinner at home a few nights, as well as the restaurant Yard House, grilling by the pool one night too. Amazing interior design style, designed to be lived in and enjoyed, felt totally at home and would have spent the whole summer there if I could. Yes, will visit again and again.

I love staying at this property and this unit was wonderful! It is furnished beautifully , has every extra you could want, and even though it is a lower floor they views are still great. I would definitely return.

Luxury at it's best

This was one of the most incredible apartments I've ever stayed in. The decor is magnificent, the private beach is steps away, a restaurant, two pools, private cinema, gym and more. Angela's apartment is like a piece of heaven and the whole experience was pure luxury. I hope to be back soon. Thank you Angela and Jill!

Great Condo for a Fantastic Week

My wife, two sons, and their buddy all camped out for a week in this great 3 BR-3BA Condo at the Ritz Carlton Residence. Although you aren't treated to the amazing views from the higher floors, this rental is conveniently located close to all the amenities the facility has to offer. We took advantage of the pools, exercise facilities (first class), the Theater Room, and a quick walk down the stairs to lobby and on to the beach. Our hosts have stocked this beautiful residence with everything we needed to make it a great week at the beach. And if they didn't have it, the superb staff was always happy to help out. This was a great time of year to be there as well due to the low season. We had a great beach that was almost all ours, and rarely had a crowd at any spot. best vacation home and great service

This was my second time renting this property, and the experience was even better than the first time (hard to believe). The Unit and the property is luxurious and beautiful. The service, location, pools, restaurants, beaches are first rate. I highly recommend this property. The owner, property manager and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Simply Beautiful

Everything was excellent -- from the owner to the property. Absolutely no issues. The property has 2 beautiful pools and private beach. The unit is gorgeous and has everything you would want or need. Everything is very clean and well taken care of. Even though there was some construction on the site, it was hardly noticeable. The staff is very helpful and friendly. A perfect vacation!

Ritz Carlton Residences: We highly recommend it.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, we highly recommend it. The Condo was clean and extremely comfortable, everything worked well. Great views and excellent service. The beach was great, the pools and spas were clean and enjoyable. Angela (owner) was always available to answer questions and made renting the property smooth and easy. We will definitely stay at this property again; as it is the best rental experience we have had to date (we have stayed at many over the years). Singer island has great restaurants and lots of activities. There is a great restaurant right on the property call ed the grill, they have great food, drinks and excellent service. The staff at the lobby, pool and beach, were extremely helpful and provided excellent service. There are also several theatres on the property that you can reserve for your group, we used it and the experience was phenomenal.
