This is a 500 sq. ft. oceanfront. It is located in one of the most beloved sections of Old Orchard Beach, directly next to the oceanfront house at 1 Odessa Ave. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the livingroom has a double sized pull-out sofa. Amenities include, but not limited to, are Wi-Fi, cable TV/DVD in the living room, gas grill and a full kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave and stove. Parking is for a maximum of 2 cars and the driveway is shared with the house at 1 Odessa Ave. . There is a strict no pet, no candle and no smoking policy in force at all times on this property. Renters need to bring their own sheets, pillowcases and towels. This summertime rental is for a minimum of 1 week with the rental period beginning at 2:00 PM on Saturday afternoon and concluding the following Saturday morning by 10:00 AM.
