ABOUT THE SPACE
The apartment complex has onsite amenities including a gym, underground garage parking, two outdoor courtyards, BBQ grills, firepits, seating and workspaces with printers.
THE SPACE
This fully furnished modern apartment has a in unit washer and dryer, central AC and heating, has a fully equipped large kitchen (all pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils etc are included), two smart TVs, desk for business travellers, and is great for short or long stays.
Very safe and central location with a secured entry into the building (You cannot enter the building without a key including the area the balcony door leads to) with easy access to all of Boulder. Restaurants, shopping and grocery stores are within walking distance as well as local public transportation plus bike paths. This complex has a bike score of 96/100!
The apartment is on the 1st floor and has a balcony door for easy access to outside, very helpful for pet owners
All utilities including high speed internet are included, optional additional fees include;
Underground attached heated garage parking with a designated spot is $40 per month per car
We are Pet friendly
Pet fee is $100 per month per pet (Maximum 2 pets)
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The complex requires us to do a background check on all residents and sign a lease prior to your move in date. After we accept your reservation, we will send these to your email and must be done within 48 hours of accepting the reservation or we will have to cancel your reservation with a full refund back to you.
There is a non-refundable $40 fee per applicant for the background check
Cannot have any criminal history or evictions
30 days stay minimum

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
You will also be given the choice between authorizing a damage deposit of $500, or a non-refundable damage waiver of $35.
