Nestled between wooded wetland buffers front and back on the corner of a cul-de-sac, this home feels like a luxury treehouse hangout. A golf cart/foot path cut-through located directly across the road conveniently leads straight to the beach. Guests also enjoy easy access to the community pool.

The open-concept common areas on the main floor of this home offer a fully-equipped kitchen with 5-stool breakfast bar, dining area with seating for eight and TV sitting area that leads out to the screened porch with an outdoor dining or game table.

Also on the main floor is one bedroom with queen bed, a full bath in the hallway and a laundry room. The top floor has three more bedrooms. One is en suite with a king bed, TV, walk-in shower and jetted tub. The second bedroom has a king bed with TV, and the third has a queen and double. The other bathroom is in the hallway with a tub shower.

A central stairwell provides access to every floor. On the ground floor is a hammock, outdoor shower, assorted beach gear, and covered parking.

The Waccamaw Bikeway passes through North Litchfield Beach. Bring your bikes (or rent) and head north to the fascinating Brookgreen Gardens or to Huntington Beach State Park to discover shorebirds and wildlife inhabiting the fresh water and salt marsh estuaries. Head south to shop, find great local dining and explore the charm of Pawleys Island.
