Crafted from the rich, earthy tones of Vermont's woodlands, the home seamlessly blends into its surroundings. Known for its picturesque landscapes and outdoor activities, Jamaica offers numerous attractions and things to do, including Jamaica State Park, Stratton Mountain Resort (in winter, enjoy skiing and snowboarding, and in summer, explore hiking and mountain biking trails), Bromley Mountain Adventure Park (a great place for hiking, birdwatching, and enjoying nature), Stratton Pond Trail, and Lye Brook Falls Trail.

Upon entering this secluded gem, you will find a cozy interior adorned with wooden warmth, which perfectly complements the rustic charm of the Green Mountains. Expansive windows invite the serene beauty of the Vermont landscape indoors, creating a seamless connection between the sheltering walls and the untamed nature just beyond. Curl up by the warmth of the wood-burning stove in the living room as you read a favorite book or stream an entertaining movie or show on the smart TV with streaming services. Discover a well-appointed full kitchen, complete with all the appliances needed to prepare exquisite homemade meals. This area opens onto a tree-lined deck with an outdoor dining area. The basement houses two bedrooms and a full bathroom while the upper level has two more bedrooms. Additional perks include a foosball table, a washer/dryer, and a firepit.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
