Hello, this is Sheila, I am a third generation Enumclaw Local who feels so fortunate to have been raised here below the Cascade foothills in the shadow of Mt. Rainier. I raised my daughter and worked here in town as a hairdresser for 32 years. I love to sing, I love people, golfing, swimming , biking and just about everything to do with my home town and the surrounding beauty of this area. I am considered an asset in this community do to my involvement in the Enumclaw Garden Club, Arts Alive organization and many fund raisers. My outgoing, likeable personality and sense of humor has served me well through my life. I very seldom meet a person that I don't like or who doesn't like me. In other words I am grateful, truly grateful for my life. I have a vast knowledge of the area and it's history and look forward to sharing this information with anyone interested. If not interested, I am ok with that as well. Having made my living in front of a mirror I can tell if people what to engage or not. People get to be who they want to be. They want to visit grand, if they want to left alone that's okay too. After years of wondering what my purpose in life is, I have decided that it is to be kind, helpful and make people laugh.

My neighborhood is one of the older parts of Enumclaw and it is a great area. It is a ten minute walk to downtown, a three minute walk to the hospital, a two minute walk to two lovely city parks and a few minutes walk to one of my favorite rural 3 mile walking trails. Easy access to all major highways whether it's heading toward the mountains or out of town. I have the perfect location to all good things here in Enumclaw.

The property you will be staying in, is the one I raised my daughter in. My cozy little house has had a lot of loved poured into it and it shows. Very tidy and clean Courtyard Cottage has hardwood floors, a beautiful gas fireplace heating unit, fabulous fully equipped kitchen, new washer and dryer, welcoming decor and a whole lot more. I have been told many times that my house has great energy. The outside area is private fully fenced with a 400 square foot covered area off the house that is perfect in almost any weather. You can sit around a gas fire pit, play cards or games at lovely wood table or just sit and listen to the rain or feel the warmth of the sun through the clear ceiling panels. The rest of the yard in the summer is a show stopper. Grapes vines surround a brick patio and as well as a plethora of handing baskets, barrels of flowers, a water feature and lots of yard art. I am known for unique touch in backyard landscaping. In the winter the covered area is a real accent if you want to sit outside around the gas fire pit. For myself having been raised around the mountains I like to sit outside with a jacket on and listen to the weather undercover. I think my place is special and I think you will too.
