Dieses Luxus-Villa begrüßt Sie und Ihre Gäste zu Ihrem eigenen Paradies. "Designer HEATED" Pool mit Wasserfällen und an flache Becken für kleinere Kinder, integrierte 12-Personen-Whirlpool.
Dach Palapa ermöglicht Ihnen einen erholsamen Nickerchen der in der Hängematte zu nehmen.
Die tropische Landschaft bietet Hunderte von Palmen und Pflanzen und bietet Ihnen 100% Privatsphäre. Der Strand ist nur eine kurze 1 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Freie Schnorcheln und Schwimmen mit Riesenschildkröten (mit mindestens 1 Woche Miete) als auch Schnorcheln in unserem privaten Calleta eingeschlossen liegt südlich von Playa del Carmen (Auto und Schnorchelausrüstung benötigt, Caletta nicht geeignet für kleine Kinder, nur die Schildkröten).
Luxuriöses geräumiges Mahagoni Küche mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie jemals brauchen zur Verfügung, oder lehnen Sie sich zurück und entspannen Sie sich und lassen Sie die Koch Ihre Mahlzeiten für Sie vorbereitet.

Master-Schlafzimmer-Highlights:

Family trip of a lifetime

It was truly a home away from home for the whole family. The pool is perfect and the kids were in it all the time when not at the beach. The location was perfect, close to Puerto Morales and Playa Del Carmen so going on excursions was easy. Martin was a wonderful host with so much information about what to see and where to eat. We loved the snorkeling at his private property, a true highlight. We took advantage of having the chef cook for a few meals and what a treat! Even my most picky eaters enjoyed the Mexican feasts. Our favorite tour was the Tulum/Cenote one, the Cenote was beautiful plus there were all kinds of animals to see, Monkeys, parrots, boars..etc Thank you Martin for making this trip so fantastic!! Can't wait stay here again!

perfect for our family

Martin was a great host and gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area. A highlight for us was snorkeling in his Calmat. The Villa is clean and comfortable with everything we could need. We ate breakfast on the patio outside of the kitchen- it is lovely as was the courtyard. A beautiful and relaxing home base for a sunny and fun time exploring Mexico. Spacious and comfortable for our family of five.

Awesome family time in Mexico!

We just returned from our Mexico vacation in Playa and wanted to share our experience. First, Martin is truly wonderful to work with. This was our first trip as a family (with kids and grandparents) out of the country, so I sent possibly 1,000 questions before the trip. Martin was prompt, polite and had lots of information. It was clear he is an expert at this! When we arrived, Martin was there to greet us and made sure to check in with us during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. He helped us find a grocery store, activities, etc. Fabulous, personal service! I can't say enough things about him. The house was exactly as described - spacious, clean and nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable and the kids really liked the rooftop hammocks. We cooked/grilled mostly every day and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was a good size for our family and it is nicely shaded most of the time. We did take advantage of the chef and the food was great. My only advice on this is to do it early in your stay. She made a LOT of food, so we were able to enjoy leftovers for several days. Favorites from the trip included snorkeling at Martin's private caletta, as well as the other tourist activities in the area. Highly recommend this property and owner!

A beautiful spot

We really enjoyed our stay in Playa Paraiso. Martin ( the owner ) was very helpful with wonderful suggestions for day trip with my teen daughter and mobility challenged mother. The pool and gardens are lovely and the beach and ocean stunning. Great for long walks in soft white sand. Would unequivocally recommend this rental. Susannah Hoffmann

Wonderful and elegant enclave close to the beach.

This is a very nicely built house with a pool on a secluded private property. This was actually more of an enclave with two or three other houses, all built in a consistent style and joined in a way that made a nice sense of community while providing total privacy. The construction and landscape was all very well done and we were very happy to be there. The house was located about 15 minutes North of Playa del Carmen and 15 south of Puerto Morellos (a smaller town and a great place to go for renting a fishing boat or dinner). For us the location was ideal. We were within easy reach of both Cancun and the airport as well as the eco-attractions to the south of Playa del Carmen. The owner was very available, provided great help when we needed it, and was both pleasant and knowledgeable. We took advantage of the grocery shopping and cooking service so that the house was well stocked and we had dinner waiting for us when we arrived . The beach was about 50 yards away down a secluded lane between two resorts. To the left is a semi-secluded portion of the beach with nice rocks to walk one and to the right is a a strong of good hotels and resorts if you like to walk and watch people (though not overly crowded). All in all a wonderful property and we would be happy to stay again.

Absolutely Paradise!

This Villa is absolutely beautiful. The landscaping is breath taking, the pool is wonderful and it is 1/2 block from the beach. The owner is very accommodating and treated us like royalty.royalty. Gema & Juanita made absolutely wonderful meals and took very good care of us. I would definitely return again. What a place the best villa we ever rented. Thank you for a great 50th birthday memory! Best Vacation in 20 years, Best of the Best

Our child, grand parents and we vacationed in this gorges Villa, more than we ever expected and definitely exceeds anything shown on the web page, by far much better as shown in pictures, since there is so much, spotless and pure luxury in the inside and out. Attention to detail in any possible way .Beautiful furnishings true out and the roof top relaxation areas are just stunning. Pool with cascading waterfalls whirlpool tub is kept clean all the time, enjoyable at any time of the day. Even our 70 year old mother enjoyed the pool and the patio area with Hammocks and lounge chairs. Ocean is less than a minutes’ walk and the pure sandy beach is very private and hardly any people, pure enjoyment and relaxation. Owner is so helpful in any way and assures that everything is up to 6-star standards, willing to go the extra mile and the service staff is extremely friendly and leaves the place spotless after servicing. The bedrooms and bathrooms are super large size and you feel like you right at home, especially with the special touches with the various decorations and appointments within the villa. Big Screen Satellite TV , Wireless internet, Mexican cell phone definitely allows to enjoy evenings or keep the children occupied . Great outdoor decks right of the kitchen, where we had our nightly dinners, preparing fresh fish on the grill and Burgers. When we woke up in the morning our beach towels where cleaned and ready to be used, this is the first villa we ever stayed where the BBQ after use is cleaned and detailed by the staff, unbelievable, made us enjoy to BBQ again. The landscape around the property is stunning and made us feel like we are in our own paradise island. Overall we had the best Vacation every, definitely we will plan on coming back. B.F

Peaceful, Luxury Villa with beautiful sandy beach

We spent our vacation in the Beautiful Villa and where stunned when we arrived about the luxury found in this Villa. So much better as shown on the web page, anything we ever needed to cook or Barbecue existed in this villa, with the kitchens comes any appliance ever needed to prepare any meal. We used the chef to prepare us some meals and the food is stunning, true Mexican food, 5 stars from us, and we could not wait for the next meal the chef prepared for us. This is a true 3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms Villa, and super well maintained. The gardens are out of this world and the pool is a delight to use, with private seating area and lounge chairs. The Owner is the most helpful and accommodating person we ever had the pleasure to meet, he definitely provides the special touch and is more than helpful in any way possible. The house is located right of the beach, one minutes walk, we took beautiful beach walks on the sandy beaches and truly enjoyed swimming in the Ocean and relaxing on the sandy beaches. Snorkeling in the Private Calleta , ocean inlet .and swimming with the Turtles is an unforgettable experience and is a must do. We already made our booking for the up-coming year and can’t wait to return to Paradise, this vacation over all gets a 6 star rating from our family, and the kids had a blast as well as our parents, since there is entertainment for all age groups , but yet the privacy and luxury of your own private paradise when you return to the Villa. Amazing Villa

The home was outstanding! Martin was present when we arrived to show all rooms, amenities and discuss maid service. Our entire group from the children to my elderly parents enjoyed the pool as well as the very short 1 minute walk to the marvelous beach. Most of our family members enjoyed the snorkeling, banana boats and jet skis that were accessible to us at the beach. My nephew, Son and I enjoyed the Golf at Iberostar Resort(short walk from the house) on the last 2 days. We always felt safe in the gated community and the pictures certainly do justice to the spacious Villa. We usually used public taxi's to ride into Playa for fun, eating and shopping(Mega supermarket). We spent half of our stay shopping at Avenida Quinta(5th Ave.). We will definitely return next year!

Amazing Villa

We stayed for a week in the villa and it was just what we wanted.. The home was steps from the beach - recommend to go left at the beach and walk for 1 minutes to a nice and safe swimming area. We body surfed and played on the beach multiple times - no crowds - it was a lot of fun. The Villa is awesome - tons of space to spread out and have together time and private time. The setup of the property is just perfect, The pool & BBQ area are perfect . The grounds were well taken care of with many beautiful flowers and plants. We used the BBQ one night and ate out on the patio as a family - we felt very relaxed and comfortable in this home. The kids really enjoyed the pool area. The location of home made it easy to drive to Play Del Carmen and the other parks and beaches. We would recommend to go to on eof the parks - it was the best day of the trip. The owners were great to work with - they help us out on many occasions with directions and recommendations. We would highly recommend this villa and we hope to stay there again soon.
