Neu renovierte 3 Zi, 2 Bad Ferienhaus auf einem großen 1 Hektar großen Grundstück mit großen Hof, Veranda und große Terrasse entfernt. Property umfasst Verwendung von großen Garagengebäude mit Rec-Raum und zusätzliche Gästezimmer schlafenden Kapazität. Das Hotel liegt etwa 800 Meter von der schönen Watch Hill Strände und 300 Meter zu beobachten Hill Boat Yard dieses gut ausgestattete Haus verfügt über alle neuen Geräte, Hartholz und Fliesenböden und alle neuen Bad-Armaturen mit Waschmaschine und Trockner und Außendusche. Gäste werden einen Parkausweis auf den öffentlichen Parkplatz neben Stränden, die Bucht und die Innenstadt Einkaufsviertel zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Weekend get away

We had a great time! The houses location was ideally located. Walking distance to Watch Hill and only a few minutes drive to Misquamaket. Our host was very personable, friendly and accommodating.

Watch Hill

Our family a wonderful week at Chris’s property in Watch Hill. It is a short walk to town and beaches and the perfect jumping off point for taking advantage of all there is to do in the area. Chris is very responsive to all requests and needs. The house is clean and neat and has a nice amount of space for guests. We would stay there again.

Excellent Host and Location

Chris is an extremely responsive host and works hard to make sure your stay is trouble free. The location can't be beat for getting into downtown Watch Hill and surrounding beaches. Parking sticker access to downtown Watch Hill is critical and Chris provides it.

Really enjoyed the stay!

Chris, the owner, was great. The house was comfy and had everything we needed. The only thing I would check is the website which shows pictures of 4 bedrooms even though there are three. All in all, would return!

Great House!

We came for a wedding and Chris' house was a perfect fit. My very pregnant niece was comfortable in this clean and open home. We even took advantage of the extra sleeping quarters across the yard. The day after the wedding we had a nice relaxing day hanging out on the deck. All good! Thanks Chris for being such a great host.

Family gathering for a wedding

Seven of us met up in Watch Hill. We’d travelled from London, Geneva and Sydney so lots of time differences to adapt from. Just having the space to chill out made a difference. Comfy beds and good shower pressure. Great location. It reminded us of our childhood beach holidays in New Zealand … pre loved furniture and a mixture of kitchenware but everything you needed. And an easy walk to Ocean House - the wedding venue. Thanks Chris

Great location and a fully-stocked home!

Amazing amazing location in watch hill - can walk to town/ocean house and beach or use the parking pass. The house was very clean and had everything you could ask from - many linens/towels, beach chairs, full kitchen appliances, AC, etc. Great back patio to hang out on!

Great stay

Nice bedrooms, lots of light, inviting chairs in the sitting areas.The grandkids loved riding on the carousel. We used the Manatuck Ave drop off to get to the beach.

Perfect for our family!

Chris’ house was perfect for our family of six adults and two young children. The garage apartment gave two of our young adults peace and quiet away from the early risers. Location is a nice stroll to beaches and shops. Misquamicut and Mystic are both a short drive away and we even spent a day at the zoo in Providence. We had a great time - thank you Chris!

Fantastic stay!

The house is charming and had plenty of room for us (4 adults, 4 kids). Quick drive to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The host is wonderful and very helpful, he checked in and made sure we had all we needed, answered our questions, and gave us tips on navigating beach area. We're already planning on going back!

Amazing home

Centrally located

Chris was always available to help us with any questions or concerns we had. The location was great, keeping in mind that you do need to drive to get to the beaches. We especially enjoyed the deck and yard on the back of the house! Great vacation!

Staying in Watch Hill

This house is in a great location in Watch Hill. It's about a 20 minute walk to the carousel/beach but there is also a parking pass Chris has for you to use. The house itself is quite comfortable and adequate appliances, tv AC upstairs. The back deck is nice and outdoor shower which we used. Also a nice yard which would have been good but we were on the go to all the various beaches. Really a good deal for Watch Hill!

Fantastic Location and Host!

The home is lovely and the location - minutes to town and beach - was perfect. The house was suitable for all ages; we had three generations and the additional guest space in the back was a huge plus for accommodating both kids and adults. Chris the home owner and manager could not have more pleasant, helpful and responsive. We had a wonderful, truly memorable week. We hope to be back next summer!

Fireman’s House

Chris, the manager, is a very nice person. He is also a fireman and took my three year old grandson on a tour of the fire station…. Big hit! We like to walk, so the side road trip down to the beach was enjoyable if someone had the car pass there already. Biking also great. The town of Watch Hill is a gem. Our grandson rode the carousel, watched boats in the harbor, jumped in the waves which were not too big, and enjoyed the ice cream treat by the water most evenings….as did we! We had a nice laid back week filled with long swims and amazing walks. This house’s affordability gave us the opportunity to enjoy this seaside town. Chris was responsive to our suggestions for improvement and eager to make sure all was okay. Thanks Chris.

Nice location and property

Nice location and yard for playing in, back deck with table and chairs for outside dining, well stocked house, comfortable beds. Stairs to 2nd floor a bit steep and could use railing towards the top. Close to watch hill village and parking pass an added plus. Owner Chris was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location. Good Value

Chris, the owner, was accessible for any needs - we had a couple of minor things that were addressed right away. Nice place. Could use some furniture upgrades. Beds were very comfortable. Walk to down town, ocean access and beach. Just a few minutes to Westerly beaches.

I am married with 3 lovely daughters ages 18, 20, and 22 and I grew up in Watch Hill and have spent every summer of my life there along with many winters. I own and manage a number of rental properties in the area, have been large scale industrial solar salesman, a Lead Inspector, Energy Auditor, Volunteer Firefighter at WHFD, and best of all, I am Mr. Mom for my kids! My wife is an Insurance Executive and from Iowa!
