Dies ist ein familienfreundliches Haus mit der besten Lage, die Newport zu bieten hat! Zwei Einheiten zur Auswahl, obere oder untere. Beide Einheiten komplett für Ihren Komfort eingerichtet!
--- 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder untere Einheit, nur ein Haus vom Meer entfernt! Große Außenterrasse mit Grill im Freien, während Sie das schöne Sommerwetter am Strand genießen.
Dieses Haus ist nicht direkt am Strand. Es gibt nur ein Haus vor uns vor der Promenade und dem Strand, was unserer Einheit ein wenig mehr Privatsphäre bietet, als direkt an der Promenade zu sein.

An der Promenade befindet sich ein Park, den die Kinder genießen können.

Die Lage ermöglicht es, den Strand, Fahrradwege, mehrere Restaurants und Bars, den Balboa Pier, die Balboa Island Fähre, den Catalina Flyer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Gegend von Balboa Village zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zentraler kann man sich nicht wünschen!

WIR haben High Speed WIFI! Es verfügt über Flachbildfernseher, Kabelfernsehen, modernisierte Küche und Haushaltsgeräte, einen Kamin und eine frische, neue Einrichtung. Das Haus verfügt über einen angenehmen offenen Grundriss, der die Küche, die Terrasse und den Essbereich überspannt. Perfekt für die Unterhaltung! Die Küche hat schöne Arbeitsplatten, eine neue Mikrowelle, einen neuen Kühlschrank, einen neuen Geschirrspüler und alles, was Sie brauchen, um "zu Hause" zu kochen. .

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Deckenventilator, einen Schrank und ein angrenzendes Badezimmer. Das zweite hat ein großes Bett mit einem Doppelrollbett. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett.

Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Garage für jede Einheit.

Liegestühle, Sonnenschirm und Strandtücher stehen den Gästen zur Verfügung.

Parkplatz?...kein Problem!! Es gibt eine gemeinsame Garage, so dass jede Einheit einen Parkplatz in der Garage hat. Extra Autos? Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Strand sehr belebt ist. Wenn jedoch ein Platz frei ist, können Sie kostenlos vor dem Haus parken (keine Meter). Hinter dem Haus befinden sich zwei Strandparkplätze, an denen Sie gegen Gebühr parken können.

Kleine Haustiere sind willkommen. Um Verstöße gegen den Stadtcode zu vermeiden, wird den Gästen jedoch empfohlen, nach ihrem Haustier aufzuräumen. Für unser Reinigungspersonal wird eine zusätzliche Reinigungsgebühr von 50 USD erhoben.

Spring Break Stay

A group of 7 of us stayed here for our spring break. The location is perfect and the place was very clean and tidy upon arrival. The host was also very quick to answer any of our questions which was very convenient! Overall an awesome place for anyone staying here !! I totally recommend !!

Beach vacation in Newport Beach

As a long time Corona del Mar resident before recently moving away, we knew exactly what we wanted from a summer rental on the Peninsula: location close to the beach, with A/C since the summers do get hot, at least one parking spot, and something nicer than an "original beach cottage". This property was perfect! It was very comfortable for our family of five. The communication with the owner, Michelle, was great and everything was seamless. We would stay at this property again (or at their upstairs rental unit if we have an even larger group).

Good times

First I’d like to say the reviews on this spot are accurate. We enjoyed the place because it was close to everything. It was clean and there was space to hangout on the patio. The property owners were very responsive and gave the codes ahead of our arrival. I could go on and on about how amazing this place is. We would definitely stay again if we are ever in Newport again.

Good location overall good experience

We stayed at this unit for a long weekend in May. The garage parking was great to have. We arrived and everything in the unit was ready to go which was nice. We didn’t need anything else. A few things to note: 1. You will hear almost every footstep of the upstairs neighbors so depending on who is above you it will dictate what you hear. 2. The patio is nice but it is facing north so there is not much sun back there. 3. The photos of this unit show a roof top deck, this unit does not have access to the rooftop deck. I confirmed with the owner before hand so we knew we wouldn’t have access but it’s included in the pictures so a bit misleading. 4. Doing the dishes, taking out the trash, washing beach towels and striping the beds seemed to be a bit much given the cost but we were very prepared and had time to do all of those things for check out. Overall good place for the money and very close to balboa pier and fun zone. Thanks!

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It is very close to the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants and the Fun Zone. It was clean and well stocked. Very easy check in and Michelle’s was very communicative.

Family getaway

The beach house is beautiful and so close to the beach. The house was clean and images on vrbo matched exactly what we got. Restaurants , shops and many fun things to do within walking distance. We loved our stay and Michelle was great at answering questions and making sure we were ok if problems came up. We hope in the future we can return and enjoy the property again.

Perfect location, beautiful home

The house was a perfect fit for our family. The description is spot on. The photos made the rooms look smaller than they were. The master was very spacious and while the other two rooms were small they had good sized closets and plenty of drawers and space for sleeping. It was a quiet neighborhood with minimal noise from the street, especially at night. Having a garage and washer and dryer was a life saver with kids. The home was beautiful inside and out and so close to the beach and park for our toddler to walk to. We didn't even pack diapers most of the time, as it was easier to go home for a change! There were restaurants and coffee shops near by. We took the bikes up to the north side of the peninsula, which seemed much more crowded. So for us the quiet and empty beaches was a major perk of this location. Minus a few decorations, that we just put in a closet until we left, the house was fairly toddler friendly and easy to keep him safe in. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone that is looking for a peaceful retreat!

Lovely house, very well located in Balboa village.

Lovely house, very well located in Balboa village. The beach is a 3 minute walk away. The house is very clean and well decorated, the rooms are large enough to sleep. We were 4 adults and 3 children, this configuration is ideal. In the garage there are boards for the beach, as well as bicycles for walking. The owner is very friendly, she explains well how to do on arrival for the codes of the garage and the house. The only point for me and only for me, is that the mattresses are too soft. We had a nice stay, and the neighbor on the right is very nice too.

We will be renting this place again! We love the location and all the Resturants, shops and bars in walking distance. My kids enjoyed how close we were to the ocean. The owner was very easy to get in contact with and she gets back to you quickly.

Amazing vacation home!

My family had a wonderful time staying at this beach home! The home is very nice, clean, and in a terrific location. The location is perfect for families... quiet, safe, and in walking distance to the beach, bay, restaurants, and lots of other fun activities. The owner, Michelle, provides all the fun things you need to enjoy the beach, like bikes, toys, chairs, etc. She is very professional to work with, and quickly responds to all communication. I would highly recommend this specific home & working with Michelle. We will definitely be returning!

Nothing to write home about

We rent homes in the area about 3-4 times/yr and this 1 was not high on our list of repeats. 3 small bikes for 2 units, no locks for the bikes. Very small kitchen with little to no linens or blankets....very few utensils and small living area. ad is very deceptive and your patio is on a main thoroughfare. to top it all off owner called about a broken gate that was completely rusted out and asked if we had broken it......very unfair and wrong.....also left at 12pm and was rushed out because it waa being rented that same day....very poor customer service!!

Best Family Vacation We Ever Had!

This property is clean and well appointed inside! I was so impressed by all the small things that were available to us with this house, we wanted for nothing. We have stayed in other rental properties along Newport Beach but this was defiantly our favorite by far. You can walk to the beach in minutes and we walked around the Balboa Fun Zone many times just to watch the boats go by in the evening. All and all we had a great time and I would give this property a 10 star review if I could. Cindi Kelley

Perfect location, quick and easy communication, HIGHLY recommended

Michelle was awesome from the beginning. Getting the booking and details for check in was very helpful. Unit had plenty of beach toys for kids, ice chest/umbrella/chairs for the beach. Perfect location and great price. Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic location, wonderful owners, perfect stay!

From start to end, Michelle was so pleasant and wonderful to work with. She made this an easy and more than accommodating experience. We had a wonderful stay with our kids and my mom, the only downside was the time went to quickly, we wanted to stay longer. The location is perfect for families or anyone who enjoys being close to the beach and the bay, close to restaurants and a short bike ride to the store. We stayed in the lower unit and couldn't have been happier with it. We can't wait to come back next summer! Thank you!!

Great location.....great rental

Close to anything and everything you need. Food, groceries, boats and of course beach. Bring your fishing poles, free fishing off the pier.....my son caught 10 fish in 3 nights of fishing. House is great, has everything you need. This is our 2nd time renting here and will be back again ASAP. Don't waste your time looking anywhere else. Best rental on the peninsula. Owners were great....checked up on us via messaging every couple days.

AWESOME!!!
