For direct back access, our guests will enjoy the convenience of a private entrance located at the rear of the building. This exclusive feature allows you to effortlessly come and go, providing a discreet and efficient way to access your home. Whether you're returning from a late-night outing or simply seeking a more private entrance, the direct back access ensures convenience at your fingertips.
In addition to the direct back access, we also offer a secure front entrance through the main entrance of the apartment building. As you step into the elegant main entrance, you will be able to access your unit available on the first floor.
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider.
Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest.
Kindly make sure to book using your complete legal name. Our standard checkout time is 10am. If you require a later checkout time, the latest we can allow is 12pm, for an additional charge of $35 to accommodate for our cleaners. Please inform us at least one day in advance if you wish to arrange for this service. Otherwise, there will a flat fee of $500 for delayed checkout. We also do not allow any guests with a criminal background into our property.
We have a ZERO-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. We reserve the right to terminate your stay if there is any violation of these rules. At no point in time should the number of individuals present inside the suite go beyond the guest count that was reserved. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside of the suite and surveillance cameras in the hallways for security.
While we do not anticipate the need, in the event of repeated violations, we may have to involve local law enforcement to ensure adherence to our policies. If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our community and our efforts to be a considerate neighbor.
We have noise monitors installed in our units (it does NOT record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee.
For units that permit pets: ONE pet is allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid having your reservation cancelled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required PER pets:
1-7 Nights: additional $25/night
8-29 Nights: additional $200
30+ Nights: additional $300
Restricted breeds apply and include: American Staffordshire Terriers/American, Pit Bull Terriers (aka Pit Bulls), Cane Corsos, Great Dane, Siberian Huskies, Akitas, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, and Wolf Hybrids. There is a 1 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee.
