2nd floor apartment so some stairs are required. Door codes are sent one hour before check-in time.

We can often accommodate an early check-in time. But we are unable to confirm this until three days prior to your arrival once we know that other guests will not be checking out the same day. In any case, we can allow luggage drop off after 12 pm.
