This beautifully renovated 1,200 sqft beachfront cottage is thoughtfully designed to provide the perfect blend of comfort and coastal luxury. With two bedrooms and two baths spread across two levels, the cottage offers an intimate yet spacious retreat, ideal for reconnecting with loved ones or simply soaking in the peace that only the coast can offer.

Step outside onto the upper deck, where panoramic ocean views invite you to unwind. Fire up the BBQ for a seaside meal or take a relaxing soak in the private hot tub as the waves serenade you in the background. In the evening, gather around the outdoor fire pit to watch the sun sink into the horizon, the sky painted in a romantic array of colors before giving way to a star-filled night.

🛏 Living Room: Queen pull-out 4" foam mattress sofa bed (sleeps 2) on upper level

▪️ We welcome you to fully utilize all the stainless steel appliances (stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge) to fix yourself a meal
▪️ All types of cookware and utensils are thoughtfully provided to ensure you're well prepared ahead for any recipes. Basic spices are also available
▪️ Wake up and start your morning the right way with a dedicated coffee bar
▪️ Spacious dining table seats 4 comfortably with an additional outdoor dining set up on the upper deck overlooking the ocean

▪️ Fresh bath and bed linens are provided - save space in your luggage as you will not need to pack them!

🅿️ PARKING
▪️ Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles will be parked along the cedar planter boxes (highway side). Please be careful letting children and dogs out of the vehicle.

🏖️ BEACH ACCESS
▪️ While there is a rocky path directly from the property, for your safety, we recommend using the stair access just north of the house for a safer and easier route to the beach. Simply walk past the yellow house—the kind neighbors have generously made their stairs available to our guests. Please note: The natural beach grasses along the path are protected and help prevent erosion, so it's illegal for us to touch/clear that area.

👂 POTENTIAL NOISE

▪️ Our property is located next to highway 101. Depending on your tolerance to noise, Bedroom 1 will be the one closest to that side of the home.

♨️ HOT WATER
▪️ The maximum temperature for our hot water has been adjusted to accommodate the filling and warming of our soaking tub. Please be very careful, as it's not advisable to only turn on hot water to wash hands or dishes. It's recommended to turn on the cold water first before the hot water and adjust.

⚠️ SPECIAL SEPTIC SYSTEM
▪️ There is no disposal in our kitchen sink as we're on a unique and special beachfront septic system to respect and protect our environment. Please avoid disposing of grease, toiletries, and anything that's not liquid/water or the system will get backed up. It's very costly to get it pumped. There are strainers in the kitchen sink to catch the bits of food to be disposed of into the trash can. Please scrape food from the dishes/pots/pans into the trash can, then place it into the dishwasher.

🚧 CONSTRUCTION NEXT DOOR
▪️ Our neighbor is going through some construction in their home. It occurs during the weekdays. Please note that you might hear construction noise during your stay if you are staying during a weekday.

📣 CONSIDERATIONS
▪️ We cannot control the weather and no refunds will be given due to weather conditions, so we recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your Investment in the event of a weather event that negatively impacts your trip

Please remember that you're staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
