The management company was super responsive and amazing.
The house was dated, we could see that in the pictures so no surprise.
The bedding -comforters and pillows especially were horrible, like the oldest cheapest pillows you can find. There were a couple extra pillows in the closet but no pillow cases and they also were so slim that it took two of them to make one normal hard pillow. After the first night I was ready to go and just purchase new pillows if it came to that for the kids and me. Even my 8 year old complained of a sore neck.
I did ask management to see what they could do! They brought us two brand-new wonderful pillows and pillowcases after that I should have asked for two more for the kids but for whatever reason I felt guilty.
Also carpet in the bathrooms, oh I guess to each their own, carpeting around a toilet seems very suspect to me.
Also note that there is no cooking oil or sugar or some basic things in the kitchen as some rentals do come with but I feel like that's typical! Although we look for and try to rent places that do have that stuff makes for a much more enjoyable experience.
Overall great experience good house fun hot tub close to everything good skiing at Bachelor the shark Center we did not use as it was Winter and the tubing was closed so the shark passes did us no good but we got to go ice skating in the village and that was fun as well.
Yeah and to reiterate management of the house was great they are very responsive and have somebody who responds to text at any time.
