We love this neighborhood and this house was perfect for our family. It was clean, easy to book and check in, and well appointed. We look forward to staying there again!

Perfect location!

Wonderful cabin in a great location. There were just three of us there (friends since childhood and we are approaching 50) and the cabin had everything we needed. Bring moms, the only thing that would have been helpful is a better place to store our groceries. It was a fantastic trip and we were very comfortable. Wish there was a bit more sun on the deck. Thank you!

Sunriver Circle 4 Ranch Cabins

Was super easy to book and work with the reservation through Cascara. We even added an extra night at the end and it was no hassle. The property location is great for the summer as it’s well shaded and stayed cool even with temps near 90 degrees. The cabin does need a little tlc and updating, but everything functioned as advertised.

Our place was very nice. Cabin feeling!! The temps outside were cold and snowing. We did build a fire every day for warmth!!

Exactly as advertised

Communication was great - we knew exactly what to expect when and how to check in. The place is perfect for a small group or family. Bing on the inside of the circle puts the deck facing the circle 4 pool but not so close as to be annoying. We’ve stayed at a lot of places in SR over the years but we would definitely seek out this one to rebook.

Good potential but not worth the cost

This home does have some nice features, large entry to remove shoes/coats, kitchen is nicely stocked, large master suite. But, the house was not clean! We could see dirt build up on the carpet and around the stairs, dirty cups and silverware. The biggest disappointment was that the hot tub had a really bad odor. The hot tub was one reason we chose this property. With the cleaning fee being well over $200 we had higher expectations.

Great time with some unexpected things

Had a great time this weekend in Sunriver with family and friends. A few things noted were that the unit was not as clean as expected. We had to vacuum the floors and noticed the cabinets and other surfaces were dirty. Countertops were okay. Bathrooms were pretty clean. The hot water heater was very old (1996 I think) and only held enough for 1 full shower at a time, and took over 1 hour to heat up for the next person . Also, the DVD player downstairs is breaking; would not play most DVD's, though we did get it to play 1, but not others that were at the house, and not the one we brought. Ended up usign the DVD player from upstairs.

Probably would go somewhere else next time

Bed was lumpy, TV picture was poor, hot tub was hot, but old with broken jets, lighting is bad (though there were extra light bulbs in the utility room) and the fireplace equipment and screen was a joke (both fell over multiple times). The location is great.

Disappointed

We rent in Sunriver frequently. This is the first time we have experienced issues, primarily with cleanliness of property, and lack of basic supplies. Beds in one room had sheet covers (not fully made) that had hair, staples, bark, and nasal mucous; in the same room, we found gum behind the door. Beds in the other two rooms were not fully made. Throughout the cabin we found debris and dirt on the floors. The hot tub was non-functional and behind the tub were empty alcohol bottles and garbage. There were tiny bars of soap in the bathrooms and no other cleaning supplies except for kitchen dish soap. From family who were staying in other cabins they own on Circle 4, we understand that a cleaning crew came in on Monday 9/21 to clean; that obviously did not happen prior to our stay. We would never rent this cabin again.

Weekend Staycation

This was the perfect property to rent for our family staycation. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels and comfortable blankets, really enjoyed having the hot tub and loved all the beds in the kids room.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable cabin for a family, all the kitchen appliances worked well. The cabin was neat and clean but a bit dusty. When I opened windows there were dead moths and lots of dust. The furniture was also so dusty that my children immediately started to sneeze as soon as they sat down. The blankets and linens were clean but old--our upstairs comforter had a hole in it. The most frustrating thing was that we ran out of propane halfway through cooking dinner our second night. It was after the property management company was closed, so we had to fill it ourselves.

The pool is nearby in the courtyard I was concerned being so close that it would be noisy with kids but the way it's set up you can't hear much at all. The hot tub was very nice and an awesome feature. Lots of games for the kids in the closet and frisbees and outdoor toys. The furniture is a little dated but we brought our dog and for that reason I think it's perfect for pet owners as well. It was a perfect fit for our family. The only complaint was a bigger tv would be nice. It's a little on the small side for today's standards. We didn't watch much tv though so for us it was okay.

Reviewer Comments: our vacation was very fun. we always enjoy coming to sun river. we have stayed in other circle 4 ranch units before. This unit needs HELP. The kitchen is stocked fairly well, but the furniture is old and in horrible shape. Very uncomfortable. The carpets and the outdoor furniture were very dirty and had not been cleaned in a very long time. I'm not sure the porch had been swept or cleaned since the winter. We will probably not choose this unit in the future unless it gets updated.

This year, we were disappointed in the linens that were so coarse it felt like sleeping on sandpaper and the lack of pool towels. In addition, the pots and pans and bowl in the kitchen have been used to the pint of needing replacement. The Management company may be trying to save on linen costs, but it was miserable.

This year was MUCH cleaner than last year and some repairs made. Kitchen well stocked, beds very comfortable. Love the location and sharc passes. Highly suggested improvements with minimal costs: lacks "cabin" decoration and ambiance. Go to Goodwiil and purchase low cost pinecone/fishing/outdoor decor. Buy a throw rug to cover patched carpet in bedroom. Current florals don't work. Repair/replace lack luster jets in hot tub. Replace highly worn out love seat, which visually is just bad and is soft and extremely uncomfortable. Spend $500, your investment will be well worth it to your current and future clients, we will love it even more than we already do! Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 4th time we have stayed at Circle 4 condos. In our opinion, it is the only place to stay in Sunriver with children. The pool and the grass is the greatest amenity, along with the close proximity to town, Fort Rock Park, Marina, Stables, etc. The best part about having your own pool in Sunriver is that you don't have to fight the crowds at the public pools. And, unit 14 came with unlimited Sharc passes and use of the hot tub, which was an added bonus! Unfortunately, the quality of these rental homes has slipped over the years. They are getting older and dated, that is for sure. For example, there were many stains in the carpet, the slider door was broken, one of the gates closest to our condo to enter the pool area was broken and unusable, and the overall cleanliness of the unit when we arrived was unacceptable. But, if you're not picky about indoor amenities, then this is the cabin for you!
