Welcome to our cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat nestled in the historic town of Lake Ronkonkoma. Our charming lakeside home is the perfect escape for families, couples, or friends seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation.
As soon as you walk in, you'll be greeted by breathtaking views of Lake Ronkonkoma from living room and kitchen !! We don't have access to the lake from the house. The living room features large windows that showcase the stunning scenery and allow natural light to flood the space. The first floor has 2 bedrooms and the 3rd bedroom is on the second floor has lake view with an attached bath, kitchenette, and work space.

We came to watch our nephew play baseball and this house was well appointed and perfect for us! We loved the view of the lake and the proximity to where we needed to be!

Perfect for our Holiday Gathering

I needed an open floor plan, centrally located with plenty of space so I could travel in from out of town and stay for a weekend. I invited my entire family over so we could get together for the first time in nearly 10 years (all at once). This home provided everything we needed. It had all of the basic needs. I am the only one that stayed but we had family visit throughout the weekend. One full day, we were all there and this home gave us the space we needed to connect and enjoy catered food all day. 9 adults 3 teenagers, and 4 additional kids 6months old to 10! We enjoyed the large kitchen island, dining room and the yard was incredible. We did have brutally cold weather and it wasn’t the best to be outside but that didn’t stop us from having a great time. I would highly recommend for a group. There are stairs to get in the house and while this house has such charm, it was built many years ago so the stairs are pretty steep. We all did just fine, but we had 2 seniors that did struggle a bit. Once they were in the house they were just fine, but it important to know that. Will definitely book this house again. Everyone loved the experience, views of the lake and the privacy! Can’t wait!

Girls Weekend

We had 8 of us stay here for a girl's weekend. The house is very nice, the host was very responsive and checked in with us during our stay to make sure all was well. We enjoyed sitting outside to have a picnic. It is tucked away on a quiet side street. It was nice to have a view of the lake from the house, but what is a bit misleading from the pics is that you have no access to the lake from the backyard or house, we had to drive 5 mins and pay to park near the lake. Also, I would say there should absolutely be a disclaimer that the open looking bedroom is a 2nd floor loft, and you have to climb what are VERY steep stairs to go up and down, and they are dangerous stairs. If you have bad knees, any balance issues, etc, make sure to take a room on the first floor. The whole first floor is open concept so there is zero separation between the dining area, living room and kitchen. The house really only sleeps 8 people, but 2 could sleep on the couches, so that would make 10, but just be aware of that if you are a group of 10. Overall, we had a really great stay, and would stay here again.

Great Experience!

We enjoyed our stay in Ronkonkoma! The owner was super responsive and the location was great. We took the ferry in from Bridgeport and it was about a 30-minute drive to the house from there. About an hour and fifteen minutes to Greenport. The kitchen / dining /living room area is very nice and it was also nice having an extra bathroom / sink upstairs.

Spectacular Cottage by the Lake

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom home near Lake Ronkonkoma. House was well-appointed with plenty of fresh towels, sheets and blankets and our party of 10 were very comfortable. The location is perfect. Walking distance to a local deli and several restaurants and shops, and a short drive to the airport and other nearby locations. Best of all, you are a very short walk to the lake and swimming beach, and will wake every morning to the beautiful views outside the windows. We spent time in the spacious backyard, watching our kids run around playing soccer. Beds were comfortable and the house is updated with new appliances and fixtures. It was super clean and we had hot water for every shower. Perhaps most importantly, the owner was very responsive and communicative. We’d love to visit again the next time our travel find us in the Long Island area!

Quiet, Roomy place for a group

It's a shame it was rainy because the back yard looked like a nice place to hang out, with a view of the lake. The beds were comfortable, and the location very quiet and safe. There were some appliance issues that we discovered at the beginning of the stay (oven and dishwasher not working) which Neen wasn't able to fix while we were there, but I've no doubt they'll be fixed quickly. It was also my mistake to not notice the lack of laundry on the listing. Overall a good value, clean and comfortable place to stay with our group of friends.

The house is really nice, a close walk from the lake! It was really relaxing for our weekend and the host was very communicative and checked in with us to make sure we were doing okay.
