Our Bed 4 Bath unit in the heart of East Nashville has plenty of sleeping space for your group. You can walk to quite a few different bars and restaurants while only being a short Uber or lyft ride to all of the honky tonks on Lower Broadway!

Our 4 bedroom 4 bathroom unit is fantastic for groups! Each bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite full bathroom with a shower. The unit includes a full kitchen and the layout is as follows.
Main Level: Kitchen, living room (with sleeper sofa)
Bedroom #1 Qty 2 twin size bunk beds. En-suite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom #2 Qty 1 Queen size bunk bed. En-suite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom #3 Qty 2 Twin size beds. En-suite bathroom with shower.
Upstairs:
Bedroom #4 Qty 1 King size bed. En-suite bathroom with shower.
We are also right next door to a gym. Orange Theory!
Guest will have 24 hour access with our keyless entry lock. This means you will not have to share a key to your group, just a code!
We are. local and will be available at any time, but will not be at the property unless needed.
We are located in the heart of East Nashville! You have amazing restaurants and bars all around you including directly across the street. You are very close to Starbucks, grocery stores and parks. Really anything you need is within walking distance or a very short drive!
You can walk to many places but if you choose to uber or lyft they are available 24hrs a day and are typically a very short wait.
If you are driving a car, we have 10 first come first serve spots available for parking.
There is a shared washer and dryer in the complex.

1- Cleaning sponge
1- travel sized bar soap and shampoo
A handful of K cups or small bag of grounds
