Sleeping Arrangements

1st Floor:
Guest Room 1: 2 double beds
Guest Room 2: 1 queen bed + 1 full-size bunk bed
Guest Room 3: 1 king bed
Guest Room 4: 2 twin bunk beds + 1 full/twin bunk combo
Speakeasy Lounge: pull-out queen bed

2nd Floor:
Master Suite: king bed + en-suite bathroom
Cleveland Room: king bed
Princess Room: 1 queen bed + en-suite bathroom

Weddings & Events
-Events allowed with prior approval (additional event fee applies)
-Perfect for gatherings, retreats, and special occasions

Additional Information:

-No unauthorized parties or events allowed please. Someone may be on property during check in to verify identification.

-Excess noise after 10 pm is against city ordinances and therefore not allowed.

-Kindly be aware that smoking cigarettes or marijuana is prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will incur a fine of $200 per day.

-A fee of $150 will be charged if the hot tub needs to be drained and cleaned due to misuse.

-The property has outdoor security cameras for your safety and anyone caught breaking these rules will be escorted off the premises without refund and will forfeit their deposit.

-This is an older home and is prone to maintenance issues. We do our best to correct issues quickly but please don’t expect perfection.

-Due to the size of the property, we have groundskeepers that periodically attend to the exterior of the property. We may need access to the garage or shed during your stay.

-A security deposit of $900.00 is required and will be automatically authorized by putting a hold on the credit card 2 days prior to the arrival date.

*Payment processors charge a 3% fee. If you cancel your booking within the cancellation window you will still be charged a 3% fee.*
