Located in Cotopaxi, CO, this family-friendly escapade offers easy access to outdoor adventures such as hiking, fishing, wildlife viewing, river rafting in the Arkansas River, birdwatching, stargazing, horseback riding, photographing, and camping. Some must-visit attractions include Royal Gorge Bridge and Park and St. Aloysius Catholic Church.

As you step inside this lovely wooden gem, you will discover a warm and inviting atmosphere, complete with rustic decor and modern amenities. The house boasts a comfortable living space with a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for cozy nights in. Curl up comfortably on the sofa and catch up on your favorite series using the smart TV with streaming services or watch any of the movies from the large DVD collection. Prepare culinary masterpieces in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring updated appliances, Keurig, microwave, and dishwasher. Cabinets are equipped with dishes, glassware, plastic kid dishes, bowls, and cups.

Entertainment abounds with a foosball table and a Ping-Pong table, providing hours of fun for guests of all ages. Step outside to the oversized covered deck and fire up the gas grill for a barbecue under the stars. Enjoy the serene surroundings and fresh mountain air as you relax in this peaceful oasis. Remote workers will appreciate the designated office space with a desk and a desk chair. Sleeping arrangements include a main suite upstairs with a memory foam topper on the mattress and a large walk-in closet.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are three active surveillance cameras. One over the driveway, one over the entryway, and one facing the backyard.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
