Enjoy peace and seclusion while being just steps away from the beach, lake, tennis courts, and community chalet. The front deck is a great spot to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature, you may even catch a deer walking in the front yard! Our cozy living room is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, take a nap, or unwind after a long day. A fully equipped kitchen will make cooking a breeze fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, insta-pot, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave. With three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms there is plenty of space for everyone in the family. Full size crib for the children as well as a pack and play for infants. Propane and wood fire pits outside (must supply own wood)

Private community with three lakes available for use Locust lake (closest) Pines Lake, and east lake.
wristband access is provided complimentary for up to Six guests additional guests incur a charge(Children under 12 do not need a wristband)

Locust lake (less than 5min walk from house) offers a large covered pavilion with picnic tables, Playground for kids, canoe and kayak storage, boat launch ramp, volley ball, Concrete shuffle board, and horseshoe pits. Lake is stocked with fish valid PA fishing license with trout stamp required.

Towels and linens provided washer and dryer located in unfinished basement.

As our potential guest rest assured our house is well-cared for and truly feels like a home not just a rental. This property is where we spend time, make memories and vacation with our own family we rent to responsible adults and families who will treat our home with respect and care, We do not allow events, large parties, or prom groups

Please keep in mind that a $50 administration charge will be assessed for any guest that do not register with the community within 72 hours (per hoa regulations) feel free to reach out with any questions!
