Brand new Lake House Cottage located on a secluded and private lakefront end lot in the Muskokas. 352 square feet featuring a full bathroom with shower, 2 queen beds and kitchenette. Sleeps a maximum of 4 people.

The Lake House is nestled at the end of our property, about 120 feet from the main house, which is not included in this rental. The main house may have people staying there during your rental.
To reach the Lake House, drive past the main house after entering the property . The Lake House includes its own sandy Private Beach with a gradual entrance in to the lake. You are welcome to enjoy it, swim in the lake or enjoy a campfire. Parking is provided on the driveway next to the Lake House for one or two vehicles.
The Lake House is very cozy and energy efficient. In the winter, the home is heated by in-floor radiant heating. Air conditioning available as well from a ductless split.
We are off-grid! The cottage is powered entirely by solar panels and propane. It is also on a septic system. The water is sourced from a well and is drinkable with no odor or bad taste. It is tested regularly.
