Ruhe ... der Name sagt schon alles. Direkt am weißen, zuckerhaltigen Sandstrand im Herzen von Panama City Beach gelegen. Gehen Sie die Hintertür aus dem Wintergarten und Sie sind direkt am Strand. Sie werden die "Ruhe" spüren, die der Name dieses Hauses impliziert, sobald Sie das Haus betreten. Entspannen Sie im Whirlpool, während Sie auf den Golf blicken und den Sonnenuntergang beobachten, oder unterhalten Sie sich im Wintergarten mit 180-Grad-Blick auf den Golf oder schauen Sie auf einem der vier Flachbildfernseher, einschließlich des hochauflösenden 60-Zoll-Fernsehers, fern im Wohnzimmer oder auf dem großen HD-Fernseher im Hauptschlafzimmer. Das Programm umfasst über 200 Kabelkanäle, darunter HBO, STARZ, Cinemax, SHOWTIME und die Sportkanäle. Auch kostenloses WLAN.

Sie werden die volle Nutzung des gesamten Erdgeschosses dieses zweistöckigen Strandhauses genießen. Ihr Urlaub hat fünf Schlafbereiche. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und einen großen Flachbild-HD-Fernseher. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat eine eingebaute Königin über Königin Etagenbett, ein Tagesbett und einen Flachbild-TV. Der dritte Schlafbereich ist ein Durchgangsschlafzimmer mit zwei Etagenbetten und einem Tagesbett mit Ausziehbett. Dieser Bereich verfügt über einen eigenen Flachbild-TV und ein WC. Es ist perfekt für die Kinder. Der vierte Schlafbereich ist der Wintergarten direkt neben dem Master mit einem Queensize-Schlafsofa. Der fünfte Schlafbereich ist das Wohnzimmer mit einem Queensize-Schlafsofa. Es gibt zwei Vollbäder, ein WC und eine Außendusche.

Tranquility is the correct name!

Tranquility was just that! This home is right on the beach in a row of houses. You pretty much have the beach to yourself but all the fun is right around the corner! Great location. The home is older and has lots of character. Very clean and everything you need. The swing is nestled in the dunes with a beautiful view of the gorgeous beach and gulf. Morning coffee was a must on the swing. On cooler days we sat in the big hot tub with drinks and listened to music while viewing the beach. Beds were comfy. The owner Dennis and his wife live upstairs but respect your privacy. Overall it was a fantastic experience!!!Dennis

This place was absolutely fantastic! We loved every bit of our stay! There was plenty of room to all be together as a family but have our own space at the same time! The neighborhood is awesome and close to any activity you would want to do! We were very happy to find a pet friendly home that was located in such a nice and quiet area. One that made us feel safe while walking our dog at night. The section of beach this property is located on was stunning! Dennis upstairs was very quick to help us when we needed it and was super friendly! This place definitely felt like a home away from home! We greatly looking forward to booking this house in the future!!! The only negative about this place is we wish we booked longer! :)

The online pictures did not depict the actual age and damage to the floors, walls and counter tops windows and screens. Couches were not clean and full of sand as were some of the beds. Family got sick.

Perfect Location!

For the first time all going together, I took my two kids, their spouses, and my grandchildren to PCB for a family mini-vacation. The property is in an excellent location that is convenient to all you will need while at the beach. We all enjoyed the patio, swing and hot tub, and the grandkids had a blast making s'mores around the firepit. The beach is just steps away from the back door of the property, which made it nice when one of the grandkids needed to go inside. The property host was very responsive and wanted to ensure we were happy during our stay.

Right on a beautiful white sand beach. Loved the views of the ocean and sunset from the porch and back room and bench swing. Plenty of beds and clean and comfortable space.

Location Location Location

This place was amazing. We stayed at this prime location with our dogs for 33 days and wish it could have been longer. This property in my opinion could not be in a better location in all of Panama City Beach. Walk out of the back porch is the beautiful white beach with a two person swing, which we used every morning to enjoy our coffee and watch the dolphins. When time to relax even more we would jump into the hot tub and listen to some music. Everything needed was within walking distance, such as several really great restaurants, shopping (Walmart) and entertainment of all sorts. Even though we are older we also enjoyed some of the night life. There is a couple dog parks near by, one of which was on the beach at Pier Park, where there is plenty of shops & restaurants. My dogs loved the beach and all the friendly people that gave them attention. We can’t wait to go back there next year & hopefully stay longer.

Nice place to stay right on the beach!

Location for this house is close to everything. It was nice to be able to walk right out to the beach and also take a short walk down the beach to pineapple Willly's for some drinks and food.We sat out on the back patio and enjoyed watching the sunsets and our dogs were able to stay out with us with the fenced in patio.Overall this was a nice place to stay for vacation and we had a great time in PCB!

We booked this location for our family For 3 nights over Labor day weekend! We were very pleased with this rental. We had plenty of space for our family of 9… the location was great and the views were exceptional! It is literally just steps from the patio to the beach.We will definitely be back for our next Beach vacation!

This property was much older than the properties around it, but it had its own little personality. It could use a few upgrades, but It was comfy and convenient. We enjoyed every minute!! I would recommend this to everyone. Owner communication and check in were super easy. It had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed four nights and our stay was lovely. Short walk to beach and jacuzzi was clean and relaxing. We were very pleased we were able to bring my small white dog. Beachfront property with less crowds than most places

We enjoyed being so close to the beach and the fact that we could bring our dogs on vacation with us. The beds were very comfortable and we all used the hot tub much more than I thought we would.

"Cheeseheads" from WI to PCB

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "Tranquility!" The house was as advertised in the listing and the beach access + sunsets were even better than expected. Nelofer was very responsive and easy to deal with. We would definitely stay here again if we return to PCB and we highly recommend it to others.

Tranquility=Total Relaxation

Loved the location of Tranquility. Our month-long escape from Illinois weather was just that, "Tranquility". Just a few steps from the warm sand and waves of the ocean. The swing facing the ocean was like a front row seat to the most beautiful sunsets, dolphin sightings and even a wedding near the ocean. Loved walking the beach, collecting shells and taking photos every day and a couple nights too. Nice quiet street away from the main traffic to walk our little dog., Lucy. A short drive to local restaurants, flea and craft markets and stores. We would highly recommend this location for your next get away or winter vacation.

Wonderful family spot

Easy check in with password, everything we needed was there waiting. The house was very clean throughout. It is an old property with a lot of character and we felt at home as soon as we walked in. There is plenty of sleeping space for everyone in the family. Our ages ranged from 5 to 78. The most wonderful thing is when you open the back door and step on to the patio and the white sandy beach is literally a step away. The view from the house is priceless. This part of the beach is very quiet yet everything you need such as restaurants or grocery stores are just minutes away from the house. I normally stay at the West end of the beach because it is quiet but this little gem has the best of both worlds with peace and convenience. Would definitely return here.

Great location, great view, right on the beach

My husband and I along with our dog spent 2 weeks relaxing here. There is plenty of room for a larger group but we just loved it with just us The patio is fenced in so our dog was able to be off leash while still outside. It was off season, but we loved having the beach basically to ourselves. The neighborhood is great for walks with many friendly people. The is an older home but is very clean and cozy. .

This property is two separate homes, 'Heart of the Beach' which we live in full time upstairs and 'Tranquility' which we rent to vacationers downstairs. Tranquility was built as a beach cottage in the 1940s. The outside walls and some interior walls are about 2 feet thick concrete! Guess that's why it's lasted through so many hurricanes! The upstairs was built in 1995 by its then owner whom you may have heard of; Lita Ford. She was the lead guitarist for the Runaways in the late 1970s. She and her family lived here for a few years. Neighbors have told us Ozzy Osbourne and others were frequent visitors back then.
