Ideally situated on the first row of stand alone homes, just behind the beachfront condos, you can easily walk to the beach and beachside pool. Recently renovated, this home comes with a golf cart for guests to enjoy breezy cruises throughout the beautiful Martinique community and all of its amenities.

Enjoy making meals at home with all new kitchen appliances, cookware and a gas grill. There’s indoor dining seating for 8 and outdoor dining for 4 on the screened back porch. Spread out on the two full size living room sofas to enjoy the 65” smart tv. The back screened porch, balcony and lower front porch provide ample spillover space to enjoy the sounds of surf and beach breeze.
Enjoy all of Martinique’s amenities: You have access to both indoor (heated) and outdoor pools, fast drying tennis courts, fitness center, sauna, and hot tubs. Martinique’s location next to the Bon Secour Wildlife Reserve provides miles of quiet sandy white beaches, away from the crowded beaches of the high density high-rises in Gulf Shores. Several great restaurants are nearby on Fort Morgan Road, and its an easy 20 minute drive into Gulf Shores if you're missing the traffic and crowds!

Parking
• Parking for 2 cars max. Parking fee is paid on the reservation.
• The parking fee is included in the total amount.
• Parking is not allowed on the street OR in the yard OR in the condo parking lot. Vehicles may ONLY be parked in the driveway of the property you have rented.
• No overflow parking is allowed in the condo parking lots.
Things to know
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.
• Fitness working hours: 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
• Please note: fitness admittance by access device ONLY.
• Please note, for pool- an adult must accompany all persons sixteen (16) years of age or under.
• Please note we don't provide beach towels.
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in the house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Traveler must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
