No Refrigerator for a week!
Unfortunately, we faced a significant issue during our stay that affected our experience. When we checked in on Monday, we found that the refrigerator was not working. We contacted your maintenance person, Bill/William, who assured us that a technician would be sent to fix the issue. However, no one came on Monday.We followed up with Bill/William on Tuesday, and he informed us that they had several service calls and would get to us as soon as possible. Despite this, no technician arrived on Tuesday or Wednesday. On Thursday, we reached out to both Bill/William and the host (Heather), but received no response from Bill/William, and only an apology from host (Heather).Given that this was the week of Christmas and we had planned a family Christmas dinner at the "house," the lack of a functioning refrigerator significantly impacted our stay. We were unable to keep any food cold, which forced us to change our dining plans for the entire week- additional funds and limited choices due to the holidays.On Friday, we received a response from the host (Heather) stating that a service call had been scheduled for Saturday, which was not helpful as we were checking out on Saturday morning.We understand that unforeseen issues can arise, but the lack of a timely resolution, communication and concern is disappointing. We hope that this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.
