If the view and location weren’t enough the condo is well appointed with 10 foot ceilings on both levels, refinished hardwood floors, updated bathrooms, a dining room table for six as well as four barstools and all three bedrooms feature a Queen bed with a full bath. If you prefer cooking over dining out, the kitchen is well appointed with Viking appliances and everything you’ll need to prepare wonderful meals. If you like seafood and cooking, we are located above Buddy’s Seafood. Buddy’s is a quaint local grocery store that is equipped with all the essentials to make your beach vacation perfect. Fresh seafood, wine, beer and locally sourced vegetables and condiments.

Located across the street is Yellowfin Ocean sports. A locally owned and staffed outfitter offering bike, kayak and paddleboard rentals, local bait and tackle, fishing licenses, fishing excursions and friendly advice. They have some of the best pricing on 30A! In addition to the abundance of fishing and many other activities to do on 30A at night you can enjoy life music. The 'Lawn' offers live music concerts in the season, right at your back door. Live music can also be enjoyed at the corner restaurants! No need for a car during your vacation!

Breathe Inn also overlooks Eastern Lake. One of only a handful of dune lakes in the entire world. There is a public boat launch located a few blocks away. Drop in your kayak or paddle board and head straight to the gulf. You will dock right up on the sandy beach. For the fisherman, the lake offers an amazing experience. Don’t be surprised to catch bass, trout, and redfish!
