Fully-Equipped Kitchen:
Feeling hungry? Step inside and you can serve up a culinary masterpiece in the modern chef's kitchen. Featuring a large island with bar seating, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of countertop space for cooking, this spacious kitchen has everything you'll need to bring out your inner Gordon Ramsey. Enjoy your meal around the large capacity dining table, or eat it poolside at the outdoor dining area on your private patio. Plus, you can add BBQ to your menu thanks to your outdoor grill.

Open-Concept Living Area:
The open-concept living space is decorated with contemporary furnishings and has a smart TV with complimentary cable for your entertainment. There is an additional TV lounge in the upstairs loft, (which also has a sofa bed for extra sleeping space) where you can wind down after a long day at the theme parks, the golf course, or wherever your Orlando adventures take you!

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
And speaking of winding down, did we mention the luxurious soaker tub in the bathroom? You can relax and destress soaking in the tub, but there's also a separate spacious shower, and double vanity sinks. Three of the other bathrooms also have bathtubs with shower-in-tub designs, while the King bedroom ensuite has a large standing shower and double vanity sinks.

Each of the bedrooms offers fresh linens, fluffy bath towels, and comfortable spacious layouts. All this, plus in-home laundry machines, complimentary wifi, and free onsite parking.

The Oasis Clubhouse at Champions gate is absolutely packed with facilities for entertainment, dining, sports and business, so whether it’s a meal you have on your mind, or you need to get in touch with the office, you’ll find everything you need here at the Clubhouse. It has an expansive water park with a quiet zone, lane swim pool, jacuzzi hot tub, a separate zero-entry children’s splash zone, a two storey waterslide, an 850-foot lazy river, and a wave pool. There's also poolside cabanas, sun loungers and a poolside tiki bar. Onsite staff also organise and run daily entertainment. Bring on the goggles and floaties!

The Neighborhood:
Champions Gate Resort is a relatively new community in the centre of Davenport, Florida. It is a large development encompassed by 36 holes of championship level golf course. But, if golf isn’t your thing, there is a day spa where you can relax, enjoy a massage, or indulge in a pedicure.

The resort has an enormous water complex with a large resort-style pool with a two storey water slide, and a relaxing 850 foot lazy river! In addition, there is a quiet zone, lane swim pool, a separate zero-entry children’s splash zone, a jacuzzi hot tub, a wave pool, and a poolside tiki bar. There are also sun loungers and poolside cabanas with food and drink service.

Inside the state-of-the-art clubhouse, there is a fully-equipped fitness center with an aerobics studio. It is air conditioned and has top-notch equipment. There are also plenty of sports courts outside to burn off those theme park calories!

The clubhouse also features a delectable Grill Room restaurant with both indoor and outdoor dining, and the Grill Room bar where you can grab a refreshing drink. In addition, the Champion's Gate Resort offers a children's day club, gaming arcade, cyber business center, ticket sales and guest services.

Getting Around:
Summerville Resort offers convenient transportation options to suit every need. Guests can drive and enjoy ample parking or take advantage of nearby ride-share services like Uber and Lyft. Many resorts in the area provide shuttles to popular attractions like Disney World and Universal Studios, while local Lynx buses connect the neighborhood to major hubs. The pedestrian-friendly streets also make walking and biking great ways to explore the area.

• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request.
