NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties.  Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved.  Violation will result in eviction.

This charming lakeside property offers a serene escape nestled in a secluded cove. The cove boasts excellent swimming conditions, with minimal boat traffic. The outdoor living space features a spacious deck where you can unwind while enjoying the picturesque views. Lounge comfortably on the sofa and two chairs, and catch your favorite shows on the outdoor television. With four bedrooms and three baths, this rental provides ample space for relaxation and rejuvenation. There is a Ping pong table outdoors. Gas grill for guest's use.  House sleeps 12 and has a Maximum occupancy of 14.

This property is located near the well-known restaurant "Chef Troy's" in Houston, AL.

Bedroom 1:  Queen size bed - Primary bedroom - located on 2nd floor

Bedroom 2: Queen size bed - located on main level

Bedroom 3: Two sets of bunk beds (Twin over Full) sleeps 6 - located on main level

Bedroom 4: Two twin beds - located on lower level

Wifi provided.  Streaming available on television.

House is not pet-friendly. However, be aware that the owner owns a dog. (in case of allergies)

Plenty of room for car parking. Room for 2 boat trailers.

Nearest boat ramp: Duncan Bridge Marina .

Dock: Owner's boat stays in the slip.  There are cleats on both sides of the dock guests can moor too.

Security Cameras located outside - on boat, garage and cook house

Peak Season: No Saturday to Saturday rentals. (Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday are fine).
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.
